we, total 7 spent a week at this house. it is spacious; kids love the pool. the kitchen has all kinds of cooking gadgets. there are plenty spare clean towels and sheets; also has many toys to borrow for kids sand digging, pool 'fighting' etc... the manager of the house, Allan is just so great!----professional while at the same time, rather personal: he called me before our arrival just to notify me that the house is ready to move in in case we get there earlier. he called me again and let me know that the deposit was refunded. this is our first time use HomeAway to rent a place for vacation. we had much concern before: how we get into the house etc. with this experience, I feel this place is truly a worry free rental one.Did you find this review helpful? I stayed there with my family, a party of five, and we had a great time. The house is really well equipped, specially the kitchen, for those who like to cook a meal made at home and has a lot of space for a large family wich is really comfortable. Neighborhood is nice and quiet wich allows you to relax. Also the owners are well predisposed to help you if you need something or have an inconvinience. We (a family of six) had fabulous time in Florida during the Christmas holidays. The house is comfortable, clean and well equipped and situated in a nice and calm area. The owners were gracious and helpful. We had a problem with the AC the first day which was fixed within an hour. The deposit was returned promptly, and everything was problem-free.Owner response: Thank you very much, it was a pleasure meeting you and we hope to see you again
