Best Villa we have ever rented - Florida visitors for twelve years - two married couples

This villa does exactly what it says on the tin, then delivers more. The property is in excellent condition, very well maintained, really clean, comfortable, spacious and was easy to find. The two Master Bedrooms were both very large with large walk in closets. The bathrooms were provided with starter soap, tissues and nice little presentation baskets. The attention to detail makes all the difference. The additional third bathroom very useful coming in from the pool. Lounge was furnished to a high standard, ideal for reading or watching some television. The street is off the main highway which was very quiet and peaceful with easy access to beaches and variety of parks and places of interest. Shopping mall with all the big names, Dillards, Sears, JC Penny and Macy's also huge variety of quality restaraunts, fast food, Walmart supercenter, Publix and you cannot beat breakfast at Denny's, all within 3 miles of the villa. The pool had maximum coverage of sunshine from morning to evening, with plenty of sunning area, with loungers. The covered lanai with chairs and table is ideal for outdoor eating, with lighting and fan to keep you cool. The Gas BBQ, we used twice with perfection. The owner Skip, lives nearby and was very welcoming, answering any queries we had. We highly recommend this villa, could not fault it in any way what-so-ever and fully intend to return in the future. Absolutely perfect.

Port Charlotte House Review

What a great place to stay!! This house is so comfortable with everything you would want or need! Skip and Chris are so very accommodating and gracious people. This is the nicest vacation home that we have stayed in. The lanai and heated pool were perfect for a relaxing afternoon or evening swim. We took some awesome pictures of the beautiful sunset at Port Charlotte, and enjoyed our visit to lighthouses all just a few miles away. We would highly recommend this house for anyone and hope to return soon! Thanks, Skip and Chris, for your hospitality!

Staying in Paradise

We have rented this lovely home for the past three years. It is in a perfect location, with many restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores nearby. There are several beautiful parks close by and and the beaches are a short drive away. Chris and Skip, the owners, are two of the nicest people you will meet and are very accomodating with their home. It has all the modern conveniences and we joke that we live better when we are in Florida then we do at home in Pennsylvania. Chris and Skip have become two very good friends to us both,.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+.

It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful, well kept home. Very clean with all the amenities one could want. Close to shopping, golf courses, library and restaurants. We spent March/08 there and plan to return next year. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who would like all the comforts of home plus a beautiful pool!

We loved staying in this beautiful home. We were there for two months and enjoyed every minute. The home is immaculate and is furnished with everything you could possibly need. This house was fantastic. It was furnished beautifully. The house was well maintained and showed the pride of ownership. We stayed here during the period of March 17th-23rd.
