Our third vacation in this Superb Villa - We keep returning, because it has everything we require for a relaxing time. The accommodation is first class, the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, with walk in dresser TV and private en-suite bathrooms, which were well stocked with soap and shampoo starter packs, the additional third bathroom, provides for easy access to the lanai and pool, to avoid walking through the house with wet bathers. The lounge provides a welcome retreat from the sun, in an air conditioned room, furnished to a very high standard, with a large screen TV, DVD player, CD and music center for the use of renters. Kitchen area, has all the appliances, utensils, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee percolator and kettle, all maintained to a very high standard and in good condition. The oversize garage contains a very large washing machine and tumbler dryer which was put to good use during our stay. Every day, is pool day and this pool is suitable for a family swim, or lounging on the inflatables, with deep and shallow ends, heated by solar power, providing just the right temperature to cool off with a dip, covered with a bug cage, keeps the little devils outside, there are also two deck loungers for sunbathing plus several chairs located in the garage for sitting in the sun, the lanai, is a perfect spot for spending the balmy evenings, sitting outside with a cocktail, or enjoying a cook-out on the gas BBQ, the table and chairs provided are suitable for eating in the lanai, which also has an overhead electric fan to keep you cool, it is also very private. All linen and towels are provided, the whole house is very well maintained, clean and tidy, Skip & Chris are close by and are very helpful to answer any questions. The garden area is maintained regularly, as is the pool. Skip & Chris have gone to great lengths to provide a lovely relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy your stay. Coupled with the short distance to restaurants,shopping mall, beaches, you would be hard pushed to find anywhere better to stay. Ideal for two married couples or family holiday. We are already talking about next year. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed for a week in this lovely home. We loved every minute of it and were sad to have to leave. The house was immaculate and well stocked with just about anything you could possibly want or need. The pool was wonderful and warm, the neighbors are friendly and Skip lives right across the street in case you need anything! Skip was truly a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this home and plan to return again next year!

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We said we would return and we did! Again we were not disappointed, the very same high standard of accommodation, air conditioned, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The two master bedrooms, which are very spacious both with very large comfortable beds, makes it ideal for two couples, with the additional bathroom right next to the pool. Relaxing in the cool of the lanai in the evening with a couple of beers. Wifi facility enabled us to keep in touch with home via email and saved us a small fortune in roaming charges using mobile phones. The pool was a much needed necessity as the temperatures were high and where better to cool off. Sun most of the day from 7am to 8pm. The area is very quiet and peaceful, but a very short trip to town center which has everything from quality shopping, supermarkets, fast food and restaurants, beaches within easy reach. The owners, Skip & Chris have prepared this villa and maintain it to a very high standard and take exceptional care in providing for visitors to ensure their comfort and enjoyment. Visiting Florida for the last 13 years, this remains #1 on our list.

Best Villa we have ever rented - Florida visitors for twelve years - two married couples

This villa does exactly what it says on the tin, then delivers more. The property is in excellent condition, very well maintained, really clean, comfortable, spacious and was easy to find. The two Master Bedrooms were both very large with large walk in closets. The bathrooms were provided with starter soap, tissues and nice little presentation baskets. The attention to detail makes all the difference. The additional third bathroom very useful coming in from the pool. Lounge was furnished to a high standard, ideal for reading or watching some television. The street is off the main highway which was very quiet and peaceful with easy access to beaches and variety of parks and places of interest. Shopping mall with all the big names, Dillards, Sears, JC Penny and Macy's also huge variety of quality restaraunts, fast food, Walmart supercenter, Publix and you cannot beat breakfast at Denny's, all within 3 miles of the villa. The pool had maximum coverage of sunshine from morning to evening, with plenty of sunning area, with loungers. The covered lanai with chairs and table is ideal for outdoor eating, with lighting and fan to keep you cool. The Gas BBQ, we used twice with perfection. The owner Skip, lives nearby and was very welcoming, answering any queries we had. We highly recommend this villa, could not fault it in any way what-so-ever and fully intend to return in the future. Absolutely perfect.

What a great place to stay!! This house is so comfortable with everything you would want or need! Skip and Chris are so very accommodating and gracious people. This is the nicest vacation home that we have stayed in. The lanai and heated pool were perfect for a relaxing afternoon or evening swim. We took some awesome pictures of the beautiful sunset at Port Charlotte, and enjoyed our visit to lighthouses all just a few miles away. We would highly recommend this house for anyone and hope to return soon! Thanks, Skip and Chris, for your hospitality!

We have rented this lovely home for the past three years. It is in a perfect location, with many restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores nearby. There are several beautiful parks close by and and the beaches are a short drive away. Chris and Skip, the owners, are two of the nicest people you will meet and are very accomodating with their home. It has all the modern conveniences and we joke that we live better when we are in Florida then we do at home in Pennsylvania. Chris and Skip have become two very good friends to us both,.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful, well kept home. Very clean with all the amenities one could want. Close to shopping, golf courses, library and restaurants. We spent March/08 there and plan to return next year. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who would like all the comforts of home plus a beautiful pool!

We loved staying in this beautiful home. We were there for two months and enjoyed every minute. The home is immaculate and is furnished with everything you could possibly need. The pool is gorgeous and Skip and Chris make you feel right at home and are very thoughtful. We would recommend this home to everyone and we will return again next year.

This house was fantastic. It was furnished beautifully. The house was well maintained and showed the pride of ownership. We stayed here during the period of March 17th-23rd. We would like to thank Skip and Chris for everything in making our stay a memorable one. Location was ideal. We would highly recommend it to anyone and plan to return again next year.

This house was fantastic and lovely in every way. Beyond our expectations! It was equipped with everything we needed,decorated and furnished beautifully. The house was spotless.
