  Our extended family of eleven spent a week at this condo for the Sierra Summer Symphony week August 2010. The oldest member was 83 and the youngest, 13. It fit all of our needs very nicely and was exactly as advertised. It was nice to be able to all sit around the table for meals together. There is a beautiful large electric griddle that makes great pancakes for a crowd! Everyone enjoyed the stay and look forward to staying there again. Location was great.......close to shopping center and restaurants. The owner was very helpful in answering any questions, even leaving their phone number on a blackboard in the kitchen, in case we had any problems. We would all give it 5 stars.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Excellent condo! Way more than enough room for all 8 adults. Owner has decorated the entire condo with exquisite taste. A fully stocked kitchen! DVDs and games provided (including the classic Mario Kart on Nintendo 64)! Too many LCD televisions to count! Cable tv and wireless internet! Super comfortable oversized couch in living room, all beds/futons are very comfy! Sleds and shovel provided in the board/ski storage closet. Did I mention the remodeled bathrooms? And the heaters in every room? Short walk to shuttle, easy entry/exit corner unit. Friendly owner who actually answers your calls! Can't ask for more! Will definitely come back for another stay. Hands down the best condo I've ever rented in Mammoth.

  We were afraid to drive up because of the historic snow storm that was all over the news. Decided to go up anyway to celebrate 2 birthdays. When we got there, called Anne, the owner, and she was very accommodating. Bad weather and all, she let us check-in early. We were scheduled to check-out on the 6th but Hwy 395 was closed. I called Anne and she comp'd Sunday night. I got to celebrate my birthday on the 7th in beautiful Mammoth. That was a great b-day present! The property was clean and well maintained. It is a 5 minute walk to the free shuttle to get to the town and lifts. I highly recommend this property. The family and I are already planning on coming back in a couple of months. Thanks, Anne!

  We had a great time in your condo even during the historic snow storm! There was plenty of room for 3 families. Fully furnished, clean, smooth check-in/out and good condition. And yes...5 minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop. THANKS for the comp'd Sunday night when we got snowed in! Good times! Already planning our next trip this season.

  We had a wonderful time in your condo. There was plenty of room for extended family. Dining Table was also large enough for everyone - sometimes the table size doesn't match the # of beds. Skiing great, EZ shuttle access, firewood was available, cozy beds, used the games and DVDs. Teenagers loved the loft. 2 private 'couples' rooms and a kids room with bunks. Clean, smooth check-in, good condition, as advertised. THANKS!

  Our stay was awesome! Not only was the weather great the first three days for hikes and star gazzing, We had a days of snow and fire building. Not something you get in atlanta much. The park was close and the place was great. Thanks! Tim

  Very nice unit. It is walking distance to shopping, movies, and my favorite Starbucks. Snowcreek golf is across the street. We would stay here again.

  My family and I stayed here Summer 06 and had a great time. The Condo is tastefully furnished and in good working order. It's proximity to the kids park, golf and town center was a positive asset for us. We would certainly use the place again

  We stayed at this Condo for spring break and loved it....very spacious and everything is new. We have stayed other places in Mammoth but this is now our new favorite. We will be back!!
