We built, and decorated this home for our future retirement! Our home is not a typical "rental" home. We built this home September, 2004. We designed the Pool and BBQ for our personal fun, and fun for our friends and family as well. Hopefully you will become our "friends" also.
We decorated our home for our enjoyment, not for a "rental" house. You will note that all the furnishings are professionally selected. Once you enter our home you will be astounded by the decor.
Since these photos were taken we have painted all the walls in a pale yellow.
All living areas have remote controlled ceiling fans.
Our master bedroom is furnished with a California King bed With tempur pediac type mattress, and full size dresser. Sliding glass doors lead to the spa/pool area. Master bath has double sinks, seating area,jetted jacuzzi tub and large walk in closet.
The "casita" has its own separate entrance and/or can be accessed from the home itself. Perfect for your family or friends' privacy. We have a queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan and TV.
The great room overlooks the pool/spa/golf course. You will enjoy the cable TV, CD/DVD, surround sound and fireplace. The dining room is adjacent. DSL/Broadband internet Access is also installed.
The chef's kitchen has all upgraded appliances,dishes,silverware pots and pans, everything you need for a snack, or gourmet meal. Enjoy your morning coffee at the "breakfast bar" or go outside to watch the beautiful sunrise and the hot air balloons in the horizon. What a fantastic sight!
Once outside please relax in, and around, our custom pool/spa and be soothed by the sounds of the waterfall. Enjoy all of our landscaping. The gardner comes once a week, the pool person twice a week. of course this is all included in your rental fee.
The built in custom BBQ is just out the great room sliding door, large enough for any feast to be prepared.
The garage is for two cars, but the clubhouse is only 227.3 yards away, as is "ROBBIE't" for food and GROG. (Robbie's is now a sport bar 06-07). Some of you can walk down, go play golf on what most of the "locals" call the best course in the vally for the price! Not as challanging as PGA west, but 1/2 price also. while others can use the car to go sightseeing, or all of the other tourist attractions you could desire! There are so many things to see, too numerous to list here!
Our 24 hour Gate Guarded community has two common pools, two common fitness centers, Lovely landscaping all through the property! |
