You can walk directly from the fully furnished porch to the pool, spa, shared barbeque area or the gate leading down to the beach.
This condominium, Unit 103, has two bedrooms with separate baths and closets and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The master has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a twin and queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with cable and a DVD/VCR. There is also a TV in the living room with a DVD/VCR and a collection of tapes. The living room has a stereo with tape deck and CD player. There is WIFI access in the condo.
The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook and serve a delicious meal, including pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster and glasses. Clean up is easy with the new dishwasher. There is a bar eating area across from the kitchen sink with four bar stools, in addition to the dining table. You can also enjoy your meals or morning coffee on the porch with the table and four chairs shaded by the palm tree.
Suntide II has an ocean front spa, swimming pool, sun deck and barbeque area with grills available for no charge on a first come, first serve basis. A volleyball net is located on the beach directly in front of the complex. A regulation lighted tennis court is located the second floor and rackets and tennis balls are on loan in the office. Coin operated laundries are available for guests.
Suntide II's excellent staff is located on the premises allowing for daily linen exchange and quick response to any maintenance request. In addition, there is on-site check-in and check-out during normal business hours and during extended hours on weekends and holidays. |
