Park Place On the Lake Condominiums set the standard for location on the Lake of the Ozarks. Situated in the heart of Missouri's largest state park, Park Place On the Lake offers the very best in convenience and value for those wishing to become a part of life at the lake.
Located four miles South of Missouri Hwy 54 take Missouri Hwy 42 to Lake of the Ozarks State Park, and Missouri Hwy 134 to Park Place On the Lake. A unique feature of Lake of the Ozarks State Park is the Lee C. Fine Memorial Airport.
The State Park is a great place for riding bicycles, using the walking trails, or renting horses for horseback riding. During the fall and winter months you can enjoy viewing bald eagles as they nest across the cove from our unit. Redtail hawks, American woodcocks and even the rare pileated woodpecker give their song and color to the surrounding woods. Sooner or later you are sure to spot wild turkeys and deer moving like shadows among the trees. Play board games by the fireplace or take nice crips walks in the fall foliage.
This condo is clean, bright, well decorated, and located on the first floor - one level down from the parking lot. Walk directly off the deck to the dock with the unit's private lighted steps. Our condo offers a unique setting in the midst of 17,231 acres of Lake of the Ozarks State Park. From the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom you can view undeveloped State Park and the abundance of wildlife it has to offer.
The living room and master bedroom have all the comforts of home including Direct TV, DVD, CD, VCR and stereo. Wireless WiFi internet is available.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, deep double sinks, cooking utensils, and garbage disposal.
The master bedroom has a wonderful overstuffed king-size bed, dresser, and the master bathroom has twin vanities with a tub and shower. Complete with its own private deck access, your bedroom view of the lake is stunning. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, television and is adjacent to its own bathroom with shower, toilet and single vanity. All towels and bed linens are provided.
A 10X30 covered boat slip with remote lift is available for a small daily fee. Please no smoking and no pets allowed.
Park Place On the Lake has one swimming pool and a club house with a great stone fireplace, full kitchen, and bathroom. Our unit is just minutes away from some of the best dining, golfing, and shopping the Midwest has to offer. Fantastic fishing opportunities for bass, crappie, and bluegill from our dock just a few feet away from our condo.
We also offer a Bass fishing guide service through our own company - Basswishes Tackle Company and Guide Service. Call for rates and reservations.
For comfort, we limit our guests to four adults or family of four.

Park Place on the Lake has a remote feeling with being in a State Park but is only 20 minutes from all activities in Osage Beach. You can choose to have a quiet, restful vacation or a very active one on the water and/or in town.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
People are naturally drawn to the Lake during the hot days of summer but there are many other activities to enjoy such as the golf courses, restaurants and a variety of shops to explore in the towns surrounding the Lake. The State Park is wonderful for walking, hiking and riding bikes; a retreat from the busy city life.

My husband, Tom, and I were children of military parents. Whenever my father had the opportunity, he would bring his family home to Lake of the Ozarks for vacations. I always loved Lake of the Ozarks and shortly after marrying my husband introduced him to the area. My husband was commissioned in the US Army and I told him I would follow him all over the world until retirement and then I was going back to Lake of the Ozarks. With his passion for bass fishing, he agreed!

What a cute place, private, water on one side, drive through state park land to get to...Loved the deck & BBQ & the view of the lake. Nice area of the lake too, still very undeveloped, quiet. Nice comfy bed too, great fishing, lots of places to rent boats and most of all, the owners were very helpful and kind...answered all of our questions and made our trip so much more enjoyable. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the nice accommodations and the view of the lake. The condo is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the state park. Thanks for a great vacation!
