  We cannot say enough about the quality and cleanliness of this condo. The owners were so helpful and very nice people. Beach resort is in a great location and we will definitely return to tho condo in the future. Everything is just as pictured on this site. Very comfortable stay. Washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus. The bed in master is so very comfortable, may have slept better than I do at home. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

  We have enjoyed 7 years of consecutive rentals from Victoria & Harvey and look forward to many more years of enjoyment in this luxurious setting. Coming from a cold winter climate to the warmth of this paradise is a blessing, There are so many things to do including the wonderful restaurants, beaches, bike trails, walking paths and fabulous shopping. We look forward every year to being in this great facility and renewing frendships with our winter family and meeting new guests for the first time. Our owners continually strive to keep our condo fresh & clean so that all guests can enjoy a wonderful vacation. It is a privilege to continue this relationship and we sincerely thank our owners for everything they do to make our stay so pleasant.

  We had a great time in Destin, and, of course, our condo made the difference. The condo was great and I recommend it to family and friends.

  The condo was very tastefully decorated and very clean.. The condo had a great view of the pool area and the beach.. This is a great condo for a family of four!!

  My husband and loved this condo......perfect for us!! So relaxing, tastefully decorated, and much more!! View was wonderful and the weather was perfectl!! We cook fresh seafood a couple of night and the kitchen met all of our needs. Thanks Harvey and Victoria! You were the perfect host and hostess and didn't even know it!! Hopefully we will be back next year!!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo, we absolutely loved everything about it. It was very clean and comfortable and perfectly accommodated our family of five. As another reviewer stated, "the condo was exactly as it appears on the web"...this is true, but it's actually much better!! We were blessed with beautiful weather and oil-free beaches all week, and we loved the swimming pool--it's one of the best we've ever seen. The view was great, the decor was beautiful, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the location near the elevator was also very convenient. The owners were a joy to work with, and I must say, have earned our loyalty for our next trip to Destin....we can't wait to come back!

  This condo was by far one of the best we've stayed at in Destin. Every comfort mentioned in the web page was a reality. The kitchen afforded us the opportunity to cook gourmet meals. The view of the beach was breath taking. The pool was great fun and not over crowded. The pool was so nice it was hard for the kids to decide between going to the beach or the pool. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of four. Everything in the condo was exactly as it appeared on the web. Couches were perfect for napping and we slept great in our comfortable beds. Owner checked in on us via phone to ensure our stay was going well and was available when we had questions. Atmosphere was always appropriate for our young children and we saw people of all ages enjoying themselves. And, the beach! The beach service included was outstanding. It made our time at the beach much more enjoyable. Our weather was perfect and there were many kids for ours to play with. Can't wait until we can come back! We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Resort.

  We have been renting this property for the past 4 years and it has been a pleasure to enjoy this beautiful condo and the pool area. The owners are very particular about the cleanliness of this property. We enjoy the gorgeous view we have of the emerald green waters of the gulf sitting out on the spacious tiled patio. We especially enjoy the numerous restaurants in the area who provide excellent food and good service - Capt. Daves; The Ocean Club; McGuires; The Crab Trap; Dewey Destins & Longhorns Steak House to name a few.The vrbo listing is very accurate in the portrail of this property. The photos accurately reflect the condo and amenities. We would definitely recommend this property to others.
