A Fantastic Stay

We stayed at Inner Beauty for a week over New Year's and had a fantastic time. The house was tastefully decorated,fully equipped, bright and most importantly spotlessly clean. Quite honestly the photos do not do justice to the house/gardens. We loved having breakfast and reading on the covered porch overlooking the back yard. The location is within a few minutes walk of Coral Bay. We enjoyed the funky shops/restaurants of Coral Bay especially the Donkey Diner for breakfast and Island Blue bar for our afternoon BBC (or two). The beaches on St. John are beautiful, our favourite was Trunk Bay. We enjoyed some of the many hiking trails, particularly the trail to Reef Bay. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, and as a previous review noted respected our privacy completely. This was our first trip to the USVI but hopefully not our last!! Thanks again.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

The perfect place to call home while exploring St. John

We stayed here for a week in January and all we can say is it was superb. We will recommend this property to anyone we know heading to St. John. The house is well thought out and provides a fantastic space to come home to each day after exploring. Complete with fun design elements, a cozy yard, and a perfect porch for coffee in the morning and sunset happy hour. Staying in Coral Bay was great for us, as we were interested in having a more off the beaten track experience. The owners of the property are a complete joy. They are fabulous hosts who have plenty of knowledge of the island to share. If you need anything, they are more than happy to help, and they also understand you are on vacation and respect your privacy at the same time. Thanks M&M for a fabulous stay and adding to our St John experience, we will be back!

We could not have been more thrilled with our “home” on St. John, and of course with the island in general. This place is amazing. We love everything about this house – so beautifully furnished and with everything we needed to feel at home and make the trip a success. This was our first time in the Virgin Islands and we will definitely be back! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us so that we could experience such paradise. We had the time of our lives. How quickly a week passes. What a lovely, quiet, serene place you have here. You thought of everything right down to the clothespins. The beautifully decorated house was so warm and inviting. We loved the little tomatoes from your garden – just sorry we missed those red peppers! We will definitely be back!

We’ve enjoyed our stay on the quiet side of the island. Had our coffee in back every morning while enjoying the sounds of wildlife and watching the finches build a nest in the hanging spider plant. Snorkeling the private beach was great and we had it all to ourselves except for the donkeys! One week just isn’t long enough.
