  The property was everything it claimed to be and more! It was exceptionally clean, safe, appointed beautifully, and located well to take full advantage of St. John without the hassle of tourist density. And most importantly, Mark and Mark (the owners) were exquisite hosts!! We can't say enough good things about how nice they were to us and how accomodating they were. They were a treasure trove of local information about what to see and do while we were on St. John and the meal they prepared for Karen's birthday was a gourmet delight! We enjoyed their beautiful landscaping and having coffee on the veranda each morning; watching the sun rise over Coral Bay. The wild donkey's, sheep, goats, and chickens on St. John were a endless source of pleasure! We would recommend taking full advantage of all the beautiful world-class beaches when you visit St. John (not a one of them was a disappointment to us) and also the many fascinating National Park Service hiking trails that are available (the Park Service-guided Reef Bay Trail hike is not to be missed!). St. John has a rich cultural history and a very friendly population of fun-lovong characters. While we ate most of our meals in (BTW: food prices at the grocery will shock you beyond belief - bring plenty of money!), when we ate out in the Coral Bay area, we particularly liked to eat at Skinny Legs, Miss Lucy's, and the Shipwreck Landing. Don't miss Colombo's smoothies at the junction of Center Line Road (Route 10) and Route 20. They're the best smoothies on the island and the rum is free! We also took a day sail and snorkel trip with Cloud 9 Adventures out of Cruz Bay. The captain and crew were very professional and loads of fun! Remenber, there's lots to see underwater as well as above water on St. John. Karen and I highly recommend this property. It is an exceptional value and Mark and Mark are the ultimate hosts!! We'll defintely return some day!!

  I researched for 2 weeks before I located this place. It was a good choice. Very quiet location, exceptional clean and organized. The unit was right off the road( very quiet road) and the grounds were beautiful, It was a 10-15 minute walk to the couple of stores and eating establishments down the hill. Desired beaches were at least a 10 to 15 minute drive, so it helpful for us to rent a car, Bring your own dvd's or board games if you need that kind of activity at night. The owners Mark and Mark were great, helpful if needed but unobtrusive. My husband and I felt we really lucky to have found this unit,

  What an amazing place we found at "Inner Beauty"!!! We just returned from a 4 day trip to St. John and could not have picked a better place to stay. Do not hesitate to book with the owners, Mark and Mark, as they are wonderful guys. The house is located in the beautiful area of Coral Bay, which we liked much more than Cruz Bay. We felt at home and had all our needs met at this house. The house is an absolute work of art, and the owners are true artists who have put their art and personal touches throughout the house. Everywhere you look, the small and thoughtful details make your trip all the more special. We plan on returning as soon as we can to stay here again. It is one of the best deals we have ever found. Tips for staying here: 1. Bring movies or games for the evening, as St. John (especially Coral Bay) is fairly quiet. The house has a DVD player, and we wish we had brought some movies to watch. 2. There is no air conditioning, but it's pretty cool for the most part with the fans running. We were there during August, and we survived without it. 3. Go explore the little town of Coral Bay. There are some really good restaurants to find, and we loved Aqua Bistro the best. Be prepared for high!!! grocery prices, so maybe bring some food in your suitcase. The house has a full kitchen for your use which is great! 4. Most importantly, bring strong insect repellant. The mosquitos and sand fleas will eat you alive anywhere on this island. We wanted to sit outside more, but without repellant, it was a bloodbath. You should get out and enjoy the patio for sure! In closing, don't hesitate to book this rental. It's incredible!

  As our first visit to St John's we did a lot of investigation on where to stay and on return we agreed that Inner Beauty was the perfect selection. The home is roomy and beautiful. The location is ideal. After driving around the island for the week we were grateful for the easy access to the home (no hill to climb) and the convenience to Coral Bay. We walked to the grocery, the Donkey Diner and other great food options. From a completely practical perspective the water tasted great (filtered), the home is spotless, the sheets were high quality (so soft), the grounds are beautiful. No question in our mind that we selected the right location.

  We stayed at Inner Beauty for a week over New Year's and had a fantastic time. The house was tastefully decorated,fully equipped, bright and most importantly spotlessly clean. Quite honestly the photos do not do justice to the house/gardens. We loved having breakfast and reading on the covered porch overlooking the back yard. The location is within a few minutes walk of Coral Bay. We enjoyed the funky shops/restaurants of Coral Bay especially the Donkey Diner for breakfast and Island Blue bar for our afternoon BBC (or two). The beaches on St. John are beautiful, our favourite was Trunk Bay. We enjoyed some of the many hiking trails, particularly the trail to Reef Bay. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, and as a previous review noted respected our privacy completely. This was our first trip to the USVI but hopefully not our last!! Thanks again.

  We stayed here for a week in January and all we can say is it was superb. We will recommend this property to anyone we know heading to St. John. The house is well thought out and provides a fantastic space to come home to each day after exploring. Complete with fun design elements, a cozy yard, and a perfect porch for coffee in the morning and sunset happy hour. Staying in Coral Bay was great for us, as we were interested in having a more off the beaten track experience. The owners of the property are a complete joy. They are fabulous hosts who have plenty of knowledge of the island to share. If you need anything, they are more than happy to help, and they also understand you are on vacation and respect your privacy at the same time. Thanks M&M for a fabulous stay and adding to our St John experience, we will be back!

  We could not have been more thrilled with our “home” on St. John, and of course with the island in general. This place is amazing. We love everything about this house – so beautifully furnished and with everything we needed to feel at home and make the trip a success. This was our first time in the Virgin Islands and we will definitely be back! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us so that we could experience such paradise. We had the time of our lives.
