This unique authentic Southern Florida, spacious ranch style villa, is situated - on a 29.000 square foot, spacious lot - at The Villages at Nature's Edge. Lots of privacy and the Sun Air Golf Course - hole 5 - right behind your backyard!

The villa features a big kitchen, livingroom, master bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom. Also two bedrooms with shared bathroom. One queen bedroom and a twin room! Ideal for vacationing with two couples.
The livingroom, kitchen, laundry and hallway are tiled throughout with light, authentic tiles. The bedrooms features nice caramel coloured carpet and are niced furnished. All bedrooms have TV, one also with DVD and in the living room you will find a 51" inch big screen television and a woodburn fireplace.
The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are provided with white cabinets. The kitchen consists of 56 cabinets and drawers and has a isle on which you can eat (3 bar stools). Above the isle are spotlights installed which provide lots of atmosphere. The kitchen nook features a round table with four chairs.
The formal dining features a dining table surrounded with six chairs with nice fabric with palm trees. The family room features the sleeper queen sofa, and a smaller sofa with modern cocktail and side tables. Also a woodburned fireplace framed with marble.
Outside on the front you will find a porch with celing fans and light and garden. In the back you will find a lanai, a large pool with jacuzzi and a spacious screened area surrounded by grass. Always sun or shadow to enjoy. The irrigation is hooked on a well so always a nice, green garden.

At first, we bought a big southfacing lot of 29.000 square feet. We liked the situation with the golfcourse surrounding the villa without hurting our privacy. As I already told you, we are sun lovers. You will enjoy sun here, year round. Also we are very bad sleepers. As we like to relax and rest from our hectic lives during our holiday, we choice to build our villa here without disturbing airco noices, air polution and noice of high trafic. We mist a fire place and jacuzzi in our formal villa, so we build them here, also we built the pool larger.. To be honest, with you - we are totally happy here and will enjoy our villa for many years to come. You are welcome, to enjoy her with us, so feel free to inquire..

Bok Tower Gardens is really special for us.. Founded by Edward Bok a dutchman. He founded Bok Tower Gardens as a tribute and to say thank you to the American people. You will learn everything about him as there is a permanent exposition running of his life. He build a singing tower with a carrillon. On daily basis the carrillon player is still playing the carrillon. We were very pleased to meet this famous player in personal.. You will enjoy the garden with lots of species of plants and also birdlife is enormous. Squirrels will eat bread right out of your hand. So if you like to have your own spiritial experience, you will enjoy Bok Tower Gardens and the nice views on the highest grounds of Florida..

We live in the Netherlands and enjoy Florida since many years. This is our second villa, which we built exactly the way we like it.. on a perfect big southfacing lot near Lake Pierce. We enjoy mostly the sunny weather and the nice and friendly people and the great good priced restaurants. The situation of our villa is peacefull and tranquil. Children can bike on the street, fish in the lake or boat the lake. The boatrental at our neighbours Jennings Resort is very good priced and easy to find..
I prefer the breakfasts en diners outside, using the BBQ and the nice shopping.
Together we enjoy the sun, pool and to play golf on 'our own' golfcourse as the villa is surrounded by the Sun Air Golf & Country Club. This golfcourse established in 1974, is designed by Jack Watkins. The golfcourse excits of 18 holes. Plenty of threes lining the fairways. Some holes are tight and some are open. Nine holes are fairly flat en the other nine are rolling. The greens are small and rolling with some tiered. There are fourteen ponds that come in to play on 7 holes. There are plenty of bunkers on the fairways and greens, so you understand this golfcourse is a handfull for beginners.
I challenge, all golfers and starting golfers, as this golfcourse has an open guestpolicy.
We also enjoy visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, that we can reach in an easily 30 carminutes. Our son's big favorite is Typhoon Lagoon, one of the finest waterparks at Disney. You can imagine, we enjoy our villa and stays in Orlando, Florida and gladly invite you to do so, too!

This place is great and the owners and property managers are reat to work with, everything and every question gets resolved from hints to local bakeries, local wildlife forgotten items etc. Greatly recomend this it is located between Busch Gardens and Universal studios if you will, and we recomend the safari tour at Busch gardens to feed the giraffs etc there as well. But this is about the house and as our boys are into wildlife we were lucky enough to have a racoon within 30 minutes and good pictures as well, lots of birds and a gator with babies in the pond closeby, all safe but great pics.
Positive Rating
We loved your Florida home. Although the location is a little remote, we found the short drive to shopping and the busy Orlando area was no problem. The living quarters are extremely spacious, well decorated and the large kitchen is very well equipped. The on-site golf course, which is reasonably priced, is challenging, especially the front nine. There are also several other nearby golf courses to try. We met other renters in the area and found the Saturday evening dinners and karaoke at the clubhouse to be great fun. There were very few children in the village and we did not see any park or other play areas nearby, so would recomment visitors have a busy itinerary or be mainly adults. Our children and families came for a visit and as we spent most days at the theme parks, they thoroughly enjoyed being able to relax in the pool, playing the video games etc. when we came home. It is a beautiful home and we will be back again in next winter.
