  Renting this villa for two months (December 2011 and January 2012 ) was the right decision. Renting process with owners was very easy and quick. The villa was light, clean, very well equipped and nicely decorated. That is why we felt it like home from the beginning. Surrounding is very quiet and safe with friendly neighborhood. Our grand children (2 years and 5 years) visited us during the Christmas and New Year. They enjoyed the heated pool very much. We like to give special thanks to the owners for Christmas tree end decorations. We all enjoyed our visit in Disney World although the place was really over crowded because the holiday season. As the Sunair golf course is closed we visit more than ten reasonable priced golf courses nearby. We can highly recommend this villa if you do not mind driving some extra miles for shopping, attractions and restaurants. We think it was the best holiday home we have ever rented.

  -super home for the active hugh allentown,pa. Review Submitted: March 9, 2011 Date of Stay: January 2011 we've spent 3 delightful seasons here & may well return in the future-we'd be back next year,but have decided that we should see some other part of fl.-I hope we don't regret it-there is a large living/dining area asuperb working kitchen with all necessary equipment,& a large adjoining area with plenty of room for a computer station(use the owner's computer or bring your own & use their wi-fi)-huge lanai & pool area with the appropriate furnishing-south facing,private,screened by a small wilderness area & aview of the 5th hole of the golf courrse-the newly sodded lawn is huge -the large driveway easily acommadated the large vehicles of both couples (my wife & I,my sister &brother in law)-we kept our 4 bicycles,golf clubs,&tennis rackets in the large double garage,&had plenty of room left over-the bedroom facilities were excellent,especially the master suite-in addition to the golf course on which the home is located(sun air),there are 3 excellent courses within 20 min.-oakwood in lake wales($17 for 9,$32 for18 including cart &taxes);& 2 courses with moderately higher rates withion the confines of haines city,grenelefe(2 courses) & diamondback-a bit of driving takes you to multiple other course in the area-the Lake Region country club in the adjoining town of lake hamilton,the site of a professional ladies futures tour tournament each mar., offers seasonal memberships-free tennis is available on 4 little used courts in nearby lake wales at beautiful crystal lake park-which also has shuffleboard & along hiking/biking trail around the lake-more extensive biking is available (20 or more miles each) on 8 paved biking trails in & around orlando,the "cadillac" of which is the west orange trail beginning at killarney(oakland),just west of orlando-we've ridden it many times,commonly stopping for lunch at one of the many eateries along the trail in winter garden(the trail runs through the downtown) -dinners are available within walking distance of the home at the sun air golf club-the neighboring town of winter garden has all of the large chains(olive garden,red lobster,carabbas,outback,etc.) &many other restaurants -our favorite place for a special evening out is Le coq au vin,4800 s. orange ave. in south orlando-the area abounds with lakes-the home is located a stone's throw from huge lake pierce-many other lakes are nearby - fishing & boating are probably a

  Peace and tranquility, plenty of room for everyone! Sunrise is awesome with a cup of coffee and cocktails in the afternoon by the pool are great! Bring your bathing suit and toothbrush for the best vacation every, you wont want to leave. We will be back soon and the whole family is looking forward to it.

  Owner response: What should I say more on this perfect review? That we are only on 15 miles from Legoland Florida opening october 2011? Or that we are only a 30 minutes drive from WDW?   golf: sun air golf course is almost within walking distace of this very nice house-many of the neighbors use personal golf carts to get back & forth-course architecture is fine-turf condition could be better,but is acceptable-rates are cheap by Fl. seasonal standards-$35.oo as of 2009,including mandatory cart tennis is available at the Lake Eva center in Haines City-area biking is superb,with the following paved trails within 1- 1 1/2 hours drive of the house:west orange,little econ.,cady way,seminole-wekiva,cross seminole,Van Fleet,& withlacoochee-these are all rail trails[converted old railroads] & thus relatively flat-directions to the various trailheads,including info about parking &toilet facilities,can be found on the trails' websites-these trails are suitable for even novice bikers,including children

  This place is great and the owners and property managers are reat to work with, everything and every question gets resolved from hints to local bakeries, local wildlife forgotten items etc. Greatly recomend this it is located between Busch Gardens and Universal studios if you will, and we recomend the safari tour at Busch gardens to feed the giraffs etc there as well. But this is about the house and as our boys are into wildlife we were lucky enough to have a racoon within 30 minutes and good pictures as well, lots of birds and a gator with babies in the pond closeby, all safe but great pics.

  We loved your Florida home. Although the location is a little remote, we found the short drive to shopping and the busy Orlando area was no problem. The living quarters are extremely spacious, well decorated and the large kitchen is very well equipped. The on-site golf course, which is reasonably priced, is challenging, especially the front nine. There are also several other nearby golf courses to try. We met other renters in the area and found the Saturday evening dinners and karaoke at the clubhouse to be great fun. There were very few children in the village and we did not see any park or other play areas nearby, so would recomment visitors have a busy itinerary or be mainly adults. Our children and families came for a visit and as we spent most days at the theme parks, they thoroughly enjoyed being able to relax in the pool, playing the video games etc. when we came home. It is a beautiful home and we will be back again in next winter.
