Our 2100 square foot home is located on the number one fairway of the Westminster Golf Course, a 18 hole par 72 championship course. And a half block from the community center, exercise room, pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Pets are allowed, No Smoking.
This is an open concept home with ten foot ceilings and a huge screened lanai. The master suite offers patio doors out to the lanai with a view of the fairway, a king-size bed, two closets, separate sinks, and a ten foot shower.
One guest bedroom offers a queen bed with a large double closet and the other a king bed with a large double closet. A full bath with tub is located between the two bedrooms. Our home also has a craft room with a twin blow up bed available, office, laundry room, and a two car garage with remote control.
Westminster Country Club is a small gated semi-private golf community and tee times are always available.
