Enjoy the beautiful tropical garden with fruit trees : papayas, mangos, coconuts, bananas, oranges, lemons.
With a fully equipped kitchen, you ll find everything you need to prepare a tropical feast !
The bedrooms are spacious, confortable and well decorated and two of them have direct access on the terrace.
The swimming pool area offers great space to lie in the shade or under a palm tree. A rancho near the pool is perfect to relax in peace or do your morning exercise! You can also prepare cocktails at the teak bar !
The home works perfectly as a familly reunion, couples retreat or friends getaway.

A RETREAT AWAY FROM THE CITY !: Wether you are an adult or a kid you will love the area and have an unforgettable experience. Since the house is up on a hill, there are NO MOSQUITOES . You can enjoy the terrace even at sunset. Also, the temperature is a few degrees lower than at the beach...Perfect to sleep better !
If you like hiking, there are plenty of trails where you can discover the flore and fauna of Guanacaste. Our guard Andres can take you on a hike anytime.
Our two employees, the housekeeper and the guard, are very nice and trusty. They are always ready to help you with anything, and Anna can also work extra time to take care of your children, if you need or cook.

We had such a good time with our familly at Sylvie and Pierre s house. The employees were very nice and helpful. Anna even babysit for us. The view is just so inspiring. We watch the beautiful sunset every night having a cocktail on the terrace while the kids played in the pool. I felt like I found the perfect place for our vacation. It was exactly what the doctor recommended for us !Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

Villa Meridiana is one of the most beautiful places we've stayed at. The description and photos exactly match the reality. We had high expectations and we were not disappointed. We ve had a superb week at the Villa Meridiana. We could not ask for a better place in the world to spend a vacation. The whole property is wonderful, with a lot of trees, like oranges, coconuts, mangos and papayas. The view of the ocean over the mountains is unbelivable and I am not talking about the sunset !!!! The employees were really great. Thanks to Pedro and Anna. The owner were really great to do business with.
