This house is a three bedroom, two bath house nestled in the Pine and Oak trees of Pine Oaks gated community in Show Low, Arizona. At approximately 6500 feet elevation, it is set on half an acre of mature pine and oak trees. Generous deck with gas grill and outdoor table and seating to enjoy the shade and cool mountain air. There is plenty of room for kids to play.
The house is walking distance to a nearby movie theatre, close to shopping, a gym, public swimming pool, tennis courts and golf. There are also many lakes in the area where one can fish, swim, boat or merely enjoy the beauty of it all. This vacation spot is only minutes from the Show Low airport, and with commuter planes, you can be up here in close to half an hour to an hour.

Year Purchased: 2006
My name is Scott Tedford and I am the owner of this house. I live in San Diego, California. My parents live near Show Low, which is how I came to look for property in the area. From the monsoons in the summer, cool weather, snow in the winter and diverse mountain scenery, this is a great place to escape from the city. I am very happy that I can share my home with others to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the White Mountains in Show Low, Arizona. Because my parents live so close, they are able to take part in meeting with you and getting you settled in the home. Please look at the pictures, but to truly appreciate it, being there in person is better.
Why the Owner Chose Show Low
I made the decision to buy this home for many reasons. I like the secluded feeling of the property, the size of the lot, the fact that it is a gated community in a well known community, it is near many amenities. I chose Show Low party because my parents live nearby and someday may decide to retire there or relocate. Who knows what the future can bring. In the meantime, please enjoy, but take care of my home... :)
