Rent direct from a Florida-based owner. Our unit is large (the largest at Cinnamon Beach) and bright (with plenty of light from the east, ocean side windows, unlike the interior units) and has three bathrooms! We love our condo and would like to share it with people who will enjoy it (and treat it with respect) as much as we do! Newly installed upgrades include 42" plasma screen TV and wraparound (L-shaped) leather couch in the living roomas well as new (in 2010) sleeper sofa to complement new bunk beds in "kids" bedroom.
Fabulous views await you and your gurests. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony or east facing windows. Relax and contemplate life while watching the golfers (or just meditate on the lush green of the gold course) on holes seven and eight.

This is a new, three-bedroom, three full bath, 'A' model condominium with 2300 square feet of useable space (others have less space and do not benefit from additional ocean views from the numerous windows on the side of our unit). Our condominium overlooks the eighth hole of the renowned, oceanfront, Jack Nicholas golf course with direct ocean views in the distance.
The Cinnamon Beach complex is located within Ocean Hammock, Northeast Florida's most prestigious oceanfront community, located conveniently midway between Daytona Beach and Saint Augustine, and
only 75 minutes from Orlando area attractions. Groceries, shopping, and restaurants are minutes away.
On the premises you will find the beach steps away, two heated pools (one is ocean side for adults, the other offers a waterslide, recreation room, work-out equipment, clubhouse, play area, snack bar, and children's game room) and other amenities. Our condominium is furnished with fine quality furniture, one king, one queen, and two twin beds to sleep six to eight in comfort.
The gourmet kitchen features Italian granite countertops and top quality appliances. Free garage parking and direct beach access steps away. No matter how high your standards, we guarantee you will be delighted! NOTE: Do not confuse this Cinnamon Beach condominium with smaller, three-bedroom condominiums or lake-view condominiums in the same complex. Cinnamon Beach offers A, B, and C models. This, the A model, offers almost 30% more space and more luxury than either other model.
The area is a golfer's paradise offering five championship courses by designers such as Palmer, Nicklaus, and Player. The most spectacular is the Ocean Hammock course designed by Nicklaus. Listed in the top 100 courses you can play in the US (2005), the 7200-yard design boasts eight holes playing along the Atlantic. Completed in 2002, it has hosted the USGA - sponsored Women's Amateur Public Links Championship won by Michelle Wie in 2003. The resort is also just 30 minutes to the World Golf Village in Saint Augustine and one hour to the TPC in Ponte Vedra.

Our guests at Cinnamon Beach have a choice of two clubhouses for their exclusive use. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach.
The more lively Lake Clubhouse includes a fitness facility, a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a playground, and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake. Water sprays, fountains, and cascading waterfalls create the perfect place for everyone to cool off.

We had a wonderful time at Cinnamon Beach this October. The condo was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation. It was furnished with all the amenities needed. We especially liked the location and the pool and beach area. The grocery store is convenient if you choose to cook in but there are also plenty of good restaurants close by. We enjoyed our day trip to St. Augustine. When we come back, and we will, we plan to visit Daytona and also make a day of it at Walt Disney World.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at this property the week of Oct. 8th. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen is very well stocked. Balcony is very large with a nice table and chairs. Enjoyed watching the golfers. Bed was very comfortable. {My husband loved the green sheets. Very soft.} There are 2 nice pools on the property. Very cold water. Should have been heated alittle. Close to a Publix on A1A. All in all a very nice place to go for R&R. The small beach chairs were all broken. Owner needs to replace these.

Our family travelled to Palm Coast/Cinnamon Beach in July 2011. We really loved the condo. Everything was so nice (granite counters, huge tub, large balcony with great views), we didn't want to leave. The furniture was almost as nice as in our home! The beach was large and beautiful and we found some great places to eat. Our family really enjoyed all of the room (three large bedrooms) and everything was so nice we didn't want our vacation to end. You can watch the golfers tee off and the ocean at the same time! How cool is that. Also, Cinnamon Beach has great facilities (too large pools, one more oriented for younger families and the other for everybody- less splashing at that one). The ocean was great to look at and the kids had fun boogie boarding and jumping over waves.

we were so happy with our choice .the internet pics don't show just how much room there is. it was very clean spacious and had everything we needed even boogie boards , sand pails and beach chairs ! we spent all day most days on the beautiful private beach then the kids enjoyed the game cube in the evening while we fixed dinner in the spacious well equipped kitchen. we have already decided to come back to the same place same time next yr . i have already recommended this place to our friends and family. great price , great place !

My family and I stayed here last summer in July and LOVED it! Sometimes it's hard to judge what the place will look like from photos, because some owners just place random "sample" photos, but what you see is what you get in this case. It was extremely spacious and nicely decorated & is a great value compared to other listings. You have a bit of a walk from the building to the pools but nothing to whine about; besides, if you're on vacation in Florida, you should like the heat. A+!

We loved the condo and the area. The condo is brand new and everything is beautiful and in great shape. The kids loved the surf-themed bedroom, while we loved the giant master suite with huge tub. The beach is steps away and you can see plenty of sea life, including fish, crabs, snails and even anenomies. The two pools and the game rooms were great for the kids. Have fun!
