My family and I had the most wonderful time on this vacation. The villa is all that is promised and more. Its lovely. It has a full size washer and dryer in the unit, the bedrooms are spacious and plenty of space for luggage storage. Also, no stairs to get into unit! Linda was the nicest and most easiest person to deal with. If she said she'd contact you, then she would as she promised. The grounds are beautiful. Our kids liked to walk to the beach/pool but we had so much gear, we drove instead. There was plenty of parking at the pool. The kids also liked the fact that there were lots of things to do on the grounds as well, such as Tennis, the indoor health club, there was entertainment at the pool, snack bar, etc. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Linda for everything.

My Wife and I have spent the past two winters in this beautiful villa and have booked for a third year. It is a beautiful unit with all the amenities advertised. It is extremely well decorated, clean and within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Linda and Mike are great hosts and will go out of there way to make sure that your stay is enjoyable. We have rented other units in Kingston Plantation but this Unit is by far the best and has become our home away from home during the winter months. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

We have found our spot in Kingston Plantation!! We had been to Kingston Plantation twice before we came to this lovely villa. We had stayed at one of the high rises on the beach at Kingston that was lovely but didn't quite hit the right mark. Next time we rented a townhouse at Kingston that we did not really like. Thought we would try a villa and bingo we hit the jackpot. This villa is decorated beautifully and very clean. Pictures of the this villa are exactly how it looks. A short walk to the pool and not far from the beach. Perfect location to sit, relax and enjoy the scenery on the back patio. We started out staying one week and this time stayed two weeks. Plan on returning in the fall for a month. Owners are extremely nice to work with. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

From the time my wife and I walked in, I knew this would be a great getaway. Fantastic 2 bedroom villa with all the right touches. I felt at home right away. Fantastic decor with marble countertops, upgraded appliances, super master suite with a warm and inviting feel. You cannot go wrong with this villa. Five stars!!!

I was there for a week with my girlfriends. The place was gorgeous! The walk to the beach was very short and Kingston Plantation offered many amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the North Myrtle. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. My communication with the owners was outstanding throughout the rental process. I hope to get back to this unit in the near future.

My family stayed 3 nights while my daughter attended a hair show at the Embassy. Condo was very clean, loved the modern furnishings. The walk to the beach proved to be too much for my elderly mother, so she drove down with all our beach gear and parked close to the beach. Would stay again.

I had the pleasure of living in this unit for 6 months while training with my company in Myrtle Beach. I can’t say enough about this beautiful unit. It is perfect in so many ways. The owners are wonderful people who truly want nothing more than for you to fully enjoy your stay. All of the appliances, furnishings and devices are completely up to date. The unit is extremely clean and looks brand new. The owner’s did an excellent job decorating the unit and furnishing it with the most comfortable bedding and seating areas. If you like to cook, you have the ideal kitchen. You immediately feel at home from the minute you step in the door. A typical day for me in 7B went like this: (on weekends of course) I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee on the back porch which overlooks the beautiful West Hyde Park scenery, then it was off to the beach (about a 3-4minute walk down the plantation) to catch some rays. In the early evening I would head to the nice fitness center on property for an intense work out and then I would conclude my evening by snuggling up on the comfy couch to watch a movie on the huge flat screen t.v in the living room. All in all, I had a fantastic stay in 7B and would recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Myrtle Beach area. It is especially perfect for families because it can sleep up to 8 people. There is no better way to visit Myrtle Beach than by staying in unit 7B West Hyde Park. Don't miss out on the BEST!
