Beach is across a 35 mile per hour road. Beach access is 100' away. Boat dock is 150 yards down the road. House boasts large backyard for family gatherings and single level living for all ages.
Enjoy breathtaking views from this newly updated home within six miles of downtown Traverse City and all that it has to offer. 15 minutes from Traverse City airport. The Long Lake township park is within walking distance and offers basketball, tennis, track, and a ball field. A small grocery store is also with an one-eighth mile that offers video rentals, gasoline, spirits, hot food, and more. Long Lake is a beautiful area and has a variety to do on the water and around the water for an entire family. The location is also close to Traverse City for all other 'big city' type activities in Northern MI.
