Beautiful one or two bedroom apartment totally renewed, with air conditioner and clean decoration. It is composed of an entrance hall with two independent entrances, one of them for the main apartment and the other one for the ensuite room.

The main apartment has a lovely American kitchen style (fridge, microwave, stove, coffee machine, besides of dinner service and glasses for four people), equipped living room, bedroom (queen-size bed and TV), balcony with charming view, and bathroom.

The ensuite room has two three quarters beds, TV, coffee machine, microwave and a small fridge.

Both bedroom and ensuite room have wide wardrobes, where you will also find bed linen and bathroom towels.

As the ensuite room has a private entrance, it can be rented separately.

The building has a wonderful infrastructure, lobby with wi-fi connection, climatized swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, cleaning service, laundry, 24 hour recepreception and security, tourism and car rental offices

Privileged location, only two blocks from Copacabana or Leme beach, nearby the biggest mall of south zone of Rio.

Gostaria de deixar registrado que este apartamento é uma excelente opção de hospedagem no Rio. Trata-se de um imóvel recém reformado, arejado, silencioso, com todo o conforto, e que acomodou facilmente um casal mais um adulto e uma criança. Bem localizado, fica próximo das praias de Copacana e do Leme e ao lado supermercados, farmácias, bancos, etc. As camas são confortáveis, com tv e aparelho de ar condicioando na sala e nos quartos. Como se não bastasse, conta com alguns serviços de hotel, como limpeza diária, restaurante, agência de viagem e de locação de veículo no térreo, etc. Sem contar que Catarina, a proprietária, mostrou-se muito atenciosa e prestativa. Nota 10!

Pasamos 8 maravillosos días en Copacabana en este luminoso, cómodo limpio y super bien ubicado departamento. Todo funciono bien, la limpieza al igual que la seguridad fue perfecta y la atención y dedicación de su dueña impecable.Gracias! Susana Vélez -Buenos Aires

Estuvimos 15 días de vacaciones en este hermoso departamento. realmente muy bueno, con todas las comodidades necesarias, muy amplio y con algunos detalles de lujo, hacen d este apart una muy buena opción. Muy bien ubicado (al pie del morro do Leme) con muy buena seguridad tanto en el edificio como en la zona y a escasos 200 metros del shopping Rio Sul en Botafogo. Realmente quedamos maravillados con este departamento, aparte tiene una pileta enorme climatizada, servicio de limpieza hasta las 14.00 horas y un ciber con 3 computadoras aparte del wi fi. Altamente recomnedable, y su dueña, catarina, es un amor de persona. Nos vemos el año próximo con certeza Marcos Bima
