The place was great, and the view was fantastic from the upper deck...It was difficult to get to, and the lack of a cart to haul all the suitcases and grocery bags upstairs was a real bummer. I enjoyed the stay, but getting in and getting out was a lot of work.

So much more than we expected for a rental. I love to travel and find places where you can feel at home. This is the place, great view from the master suite.It was nice to just shop and cook at our vacation home!We have a large family coming from different areas and we all met here and enjoyed having room for everyone. Will stay again and again. You will love working with Sandy.. she makes you feel like family too!!!

This is the first time that we stayed in a vacation rental home instead of a hotel -- and it was better then expected. The condo was close to the, the rounds and pool were very nice. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to learn that the pictures online matched the home. We'd definitely recommend this condo - would work even if you're bringing kids and want to spend a lot of your vacation at the beach. We cooked, the grill outside worked well.

Our family has stayed at North Coast before. We are very familiar with all the amenities and the surroundings. The price was right, the space was great and we just love how clean and neat everything is. Whenever we have stayed at North Coast in one of the rentals, we have always enjoyed our time there. We love the beach! This rental had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Thank you

We had an excellent time staying at this location. The views were wonderful and close to Camp Pendleton. We were there to welcome home our Marine. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was like home away from home. It helped my nephew to re-adjust to the Western World after being in Iraq for a year. It helped us all to relax, enjoy the quiet, and appreciate all that we have. The complex was beautiful. The only problem we had during the week is the water was shut off to our floor for about 6 hours. Apparently, it had been shut off 1 day a week for several weeks as they were working on a repeat problem.

We just spent a week with our two ten-year-old grandchildren in the 2BD/2BA in Oceanside. Had a wonderful time. Loved all the beach stuff and the wonderful view. The resort is very well-maintained and beautiful. Could have used a larger pan in the kitchen for cooking pasta. We'll be back.

WOW- We had so much fun . The condo had everything and then some. Love the upstairs bedroom every morning on the deck with our coffee and the BEAUTIFUL VIEW. Higly recommend and will go again. Everything so easy to get to. Loved the Crab Shack. To many good things to mention. Thankyou for sharing your vacation home with us

My sister, a friend and I spent a week at North Coast Village and had a wonderful time. We loved our time at the condo and it was located in a great place. We had everything we needed during our stay. I hope to stay there again.

We stayed for 6 days in the Surf'n Sail Penthouse in Oceanside, CA. It was GREAT!! Sandy has thought of everything and it was all there for us. We had beach days and hot tub nights with meals on the top patio that over looked the ocean. You made us a very happy family and we'll be back next fall! Thank you, Kristen

Just returned from a 3 day stay in Oceanside. North Coast is an absolutley beautiful complex. The beach is right there. We stayed in the 1 bedroom unit which had everything we needed, but is in need of some updating. We drove there from Phoenix and it was not a bad ride for a short getaway. Sandy is easy to work with and returned calls and emails quickley. I was just checking out some of her other locations for futher vacations.Hawaii sure looks good to me. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed in this very attractive well kept, cozy condo in the beachside community of Oceanside, California. The condo slept six. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a well suited kitchen with everything you could possilby need. It was decorated very nicely. In the evenings we especially enjoyed the patio upstairs with the table for outside dinning with a beautiful ocean view. This location was close to the pier, yards from the beach and had a wonderful ocean view. The place was stocked with boogie boards, beach towels,coolers and umbrellas. It had everything you needed to spend a wonderful week and the beach. We had a great time. It was clean and well kept. It was close to the freeway, so we were able to get to any destination in Soutehern California easily. We really didn't visit any resaurants because the place had everything we needed right there, and we enjoyed the dinning deck so much with the ocean view we didn't want to dine out! I would recommend ths property to anyone wanting a beach vacation in sunny California and I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just stayed in the new Hali'I Kai condominium, #10H. It's a beautiful unit with brand new furnishings and appliances. The unit has both a golf course and ocean views and was more than big enough for our party of seven. I will definitely refer family and friends to Sandy Vacations. Thanks so much Sandy!!

Aloha! The unit was very nice and clean and well maintained. The complex is in the Waikoloa resort which has many facilities you can take advantage of. Sandy was extremely helpful in accomodating our needs and was always available for help. Would love to go back.

This was a very nice place to call home during our vacation. Just the right size, everything we needed and Sandy was great to work with. The grounds were incredible, tropical plants and trees, streams and waterfalls, paths, a secluded hot tub area and a nice big pool. And the beach right out front for hikes. Oceanside was a central location for jaunts north to Laguna Beach, South to San Diego and east to the wild animal park (the best!). The neighbors were very friendly, too. Thanks, Sandy!

Great e'Scape!! fabulous no check in or out process. (parking garage key and security door code fedex'd the week before arrival) For a family of 4 -- this was perfect. We grilled hotdogs by the pool while watching the sunset one night and had our own pizza party in the billards/game room another. Ham&Eggs one morning (good kitchen), microwave popcorn & movie another night. Mr. Chow's donuts on oceanside blvd was a hit. It's just past the ralph's grocery where we found everything we needed. In real estate, it's location, location, location -- and this property has it. We took the coaster(train) to san diego, where we did grand central cafe (train theme) and then toured the USS midway aircraft carrier. Legoland is only a couple exits away. (who knew lego's were so much fun?) We hot-tubbed many times-- took advantage of the provided pool toys, beach towels, and robes. (it was cool at nights) property access was easy, with parking garage in basement, directly under the rental property. Elevator up, and you're 'home.' Sandy was also very quick on communication via email and made our renting effortless.

We spent a wonderful week at the 2bd/2ba Oceanside condo. Sandy was wonderful to work with, our accomidations perfect. The deck overlooking the ocean were so peaceful, you can't ask for more. We will be back! Sandy your a gem!!!!

We had a great time in Sandi's condo in NCV. The condo was clean and check-in/out was smooth. A nice surprise, at least in the condo we rented, were the beach toys (boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and even an unbrella). Excellent location too. Walk to the beach. Ocean views. Close to sport fishing boats (at really reasonable prices) and good food.

Nice unit with good quality furnishings and appliances. The two queen beds in the bedroom are perfect for a family of four as the sofa bed is comfortable enough for a married couple. The NCV complex is the best location on the SoCal beach for a family, we have been 4 years in a row.

We had a great stay at Sandy's Vacations Condo. Everything was just as describe, and the condo had everything we needed. The location is very central to all surrounding attractions and the beach was beautiful. The condo grounds were very nice too. We couldn't have asked for a better stay or deal.We will stay here again and will highly recommend to others.

We were at Sandy's, 2 Bdrm, condo in Oceanside over Easter. The condo was fabulous. It was roomy, a great deck facing the ocean, plus another deck to get the morning sun, and located conveniently near resturants and shops. The weather was great, leisurely walks on the beach, and relaxing views. We'd highly recommend it.

We stayed at this Condo for the period over Christmas (16.12.04 to 30.12.04) we had a wonderful time and my sister only lived 10 minutes away. We stayed at one of Sandy's rentals in Oceanside over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was clean and well furnished. We rented a two bedroom with roof top balcony, it was great. The complex was as good as any resort we have been to and thoroghly enjoyed our stay. the Ocean views were wonderful. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
