If you are looking for luxury and relaxation in a truly unique and private coastal setting, then this newly constructed condominium is the destination.
This two bedroom, two and a half bath unit is on the top floor, facing west, giving each room a spectacular view of sand, sea, evening sunsets and the charming cape cod architecture of the WaterSound community. Each room has been thoughtfully and elegantly furnished and is complete with all the creature comforts including towels, linens, fully accessorized kitchen, separate laundry area, high speed internet service, cable television for 3 televisions and VCR\DVD players.
Features in the kitchen include all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals. Floor to ceiling windows, bathe the living and dining area in natural light by day and allow for a view of the lights of WaterSound by night.
Romantic and elegant, the master bedroom features a king size four poster bed, positioned to view the coast. A glass door leads to the outdoor balcony, where you may enjoy reading or perhaps eating a meal. The master bath is completely tiled in granite, has a deep tub, double vanities and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is perfect for both children or another couple, with it's queen size bed, two closets and full bath. With the additional sleeper sofa, this condo does comfortably sleep six. The first floor garage does allow for one covered parking space, with additional spaces outside the building. Anyone wishing to barbeque, may simply enjoy using the outdoor custom gas grill, located just downstairs. The pool, also just outside the condo, is complete with poolhouse, towels and the recently opened Dunesider Grill.
WaterSound Beach is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches, convenient to shopping or restaurants - with plenty of bike paths, if you wish to enjoy biking to eat or shop! Also note: Those of you looking for a true view of this amazing stretch of coast must rent on the top floor which is where this unit is located - most of the units in this building, the first three floors, have only a view of the sand dunes which are incredibly high... this condo has a great view of the water!

The sunset view should be one of the photos on this vrbo listing...we watched several of them from the balcony and they were all amazing! This unit is only a few steps from both a nice pool and the beach...perfect location. The inside is larger than you might expect and has a very tasteful and well planned decor. A short bike ride to the Beach Club was possible if we wanted to be there quickly and the owner was more than accommodating and helpful with our needs. We have been to many places along 30A over the years and this ranks in the top group for sure.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo fall of last year. It is so much more beautiful than the pictures show. My little girl loved sitting in that window seat to read. My family was extremely fortunate for being able to stay at this wonderful home. The owners were of the kindest sort. Everything was absolutely perfect. The beachclub access is an absolute must have on those days when the water isn't perfect. I couldn't imagine renting from anyone else in watersound. My kids ask everyday " when are we going back"?
