This Captain John Fripp villa has a beautiful ocean view, from the patio and from the living and dining room. New windows in the living and dining areas enhance the view. Also, there is an ocean view from the small patio off of the master bedroom. This unit offers ample bedding, king sized bed in master, queen and twin in second bedroom, queen in third bedroom. There are two cots for additional sleeping. There are televisions in 2 of the bedrooms and a 50" large flat screen television in living room, with DVD player. The patio has table for dining with seating for 6 and a gas grill. Olympic pool is next door and 4 additional pools are available, in the Veranda Beach area and at Ocean Point.
The Beachclub Restaurant is only steps away. The Bonita Boathouse and the Island Grill are a short drive from the villa. All linens and towels are furnished. Two amenity cards are offered with the rental and additional cards may be purchased. This unit is a first floor unit, with no steps to negotiate, making it ideal for small children and anyone having difficulty with steps. There is also a golf cart available for an additional fee.
