This Captain John Fripp villa has a beautiful ocean view, from the patio and from the living room. Also, there is an ocean view from the small patio, off of the master bedroom. This unit offers ample bedding, new king sized bed in master, queen and twin in second bedroom, queen in third bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. There are televisions in 2 of the bedrooms and a 27 inch television in living room, with DVD player. The patio has table for dining with seating for 6 and a gas grill. Olympic pool is next door and 4 additional pools are available, in the Veranda Beach area and at Ocean Point.
The Beachclub Restaurant is only steps away. The Bonita Boathouse and the Island Grill, are a short drive from the villa. All linens and towels are furnished. Two amenity cards are offered with the rental and others can be purchased. This unit is a first floor unit, with no steps to negotiate, making it ideal for small children and anyone having difficulty with steps.
