This amazing home is located in the resort community of Fire Island Pines, NY. Conveniently located minutes from Long Island's Islip Airport, Long Island Railroad, and the L.I.E. this home/community can only be reached via the ferry in Sayeville. Need an escape from the rigors of everyday life, then this home/community is the ideal getaway. No cars, no crime, no worries. Highlights of the day include lounging by the pool, tanning on the pristine beach of the Fire Island National Seashore, Tea Dance at the Blue Whale (attended by most of the communities residents), followed by a home cooked meal in the Pines Treehouse's well equiped kitchen.

This home features an excellent layout with a central bright and breezy sky-lit Great Room, including kitchen with new appliances, dining area, and living room with wood-burning-stove. Each of the equal sized bedrooms features it's own private outside entrance. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are furnished with 2 twin beds while the 4th bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The two front bedrooms open to the front porch, the two rear bedrooms open to the pool.

For those rainy days, or when you need a break from the abundant summer sunshine the home features a covered front porch amply furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture.

  • Couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Rustic home with modern conveniences. The very short walk to the beach was the icing on the cake, especially after having soaked in the homes' very beautifully maintained and temperature controlled pool. The house is spotlessly clean with all the necessary amenities you would need for your stay. The well maintained four bedrooms and two full baths are a pleasure to the senses. Excellent and impeccable taste! Kudos to the owners! I would definitely stay here again and would most certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Pines experience! P.s, bring extra suntan lotion as you are likely to extend your stay!

  • We had such a fabulous time here at the Treehouse. It was the perfect place for a group of overworked New Yorkers to relax and unwind. The weather was so cooperative for us to enjoy all of the amenities that this house offered. Most importantly, the house was so clean and the place looked even more amazing than the pictures.

  • our stay at the treehouse was all that we had hoped for.it is a truly lovely yet beachy casual home, set up in just the perfect way. with closet shelving, sliding doors in all rooms,and decking all around, it was very open, bright and spacious. the furnishings were sturdy and good quality. the kitchen being completely outfitted with nice heavy cookware and lots of glasses and dishes, was open to the great room and all the fun- making it a pleasure to work in. the decor was really good looking and done with an artsy flair. the pool was beautiful and totally sunny, with floats and noodles. a short stroll to the ocean, bay and into town gave us just enough exercise. peter is a pleasure to work with and we cannot thank you enough. we highly recommend this home for a great vacation.

  • This house was a pleasure. Nice rooms for a group of friends to get together, great living area with dining room and great kitchen. Like the other comment said, great area to relax and enjoy on the back in the pool area or on the front porch with great breezes and shading. I loved being so close to the beach and close enough to the harbor to enjoy a quick walk over to all the action, while far enough to not have all the noise. The owners are a pleasure and so great to work with, thanks again for lending us your beautiful home!

  • This is a wonderful home. Spacious, sunny and conveniently located 1 block from the beach! It is a perfect space to bring friends and family together for a fun, relaxed weekend. It has all the amenities one would want in a house, including a much appreciated grill by the pool. The house has a flare that creates both comfort and style. Perfect get-away from the bustle of NYC life. We can't wait to come back!

  • We have stayed in the pines numerous times and this house is by far the best. The house has hard to find privacy all around and the dual porches were an added bonus. A must stay
