Charming house nestled in the woods is next to river. My beautiful 3000 square foot home has two-story floor-ceiling windows across the back of the house facing the woods. All four bedrooms have queen beds - large master bedroom has a fireplace and soaking tub. House is fully equipped, including all linens. A floor-ceiling river rock fireplace is in the living / dining room with a large dining table that can seat 12 people. It is great for families and a group of friends.
Location is close to downtown Ketchum and near lifts.

Year Purchased: 1983
I own the most beautiful home in our area. It is nestled in the woods with a grove of trees between the house and the river. I raised two sons in the house so it has the history of our family in every room of the house. I watched them build snowmen and forts around the house and romp in the snow with their friends. It has a wonderful comfortable feeling for a family or friends who want to be together in a special place.
Why the Owner Chose Ketchum
My home is in a wonderful location close to downtown Ketchum and Warm Springs lift. A free bus stops on Warm Springs Rd close enough to walk to the stop from the house. This has been our family home for many years and we all still enjoy living in it year-round. When we are not there, we like to share it with another family. Everyone loves being there and I have many people who come every year.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This has been my home for many years and every day I delight in the beautiful views and occasional wildlife that shares the area. We usually have a neighborhood bear (not dangerous).

My husband and I have rented this lovely home several times during the summer with our dog Maggie. It has become our home away from home when in Sun Valley. The house is in a great location, close to town, restaurants and the new YMCA. It is in a very nice neighborhood and there are 2 great parks nearby. The house has a wonderful big deck filled with flowers and surrounded by views of the woods in the background. It is a very warm ,comfortable home in a private,peaceful setting and we always enjoy returning there..

This is a very comfortable, warm home on a beautiful lot in a great neighborhood. It's convenient to everything. The owner lives in the house when it's not rented, so it has the warmth and lived in feel that a second home or condo lacks. Four of us spent a week in the house with our dog and it was perfect for our needs. The lot is relatively large with several trees and a nice lawn area. There is a wonderful large, private deck. The street has many fine homes. The owner was a true pleasure to deal with. We can't wait to return to this home on our next visit to Ketchum!
Owner response:My guests always love my house and I have a lot of repeat bookings. Two story windows across the back of the house look into the woods. The river runs behind the grove of trees. It is a beautiful setting all year. One might see a moose or deer wander by. It is within walking distance to the free bus, new YMCA and skateboard park - 3/4 mile to ski lift. Come and enjoy!
