It is our pleasure to present our stunning villa nestled on the exclusive Southern Dunes community on Highway 27 close to Interstate Four our villa is perfectly situated to offer easy access to all of the theme parks Disney is literally fifteen minutes away in the heart of championship golf course country with all of the biggest US malls just 20 minutes down the road. Swing the "Ping" or shop til' you drop them come home to relax and unwind in our luxury villa.
We have four bedrooms one Queen en-suite and one other Queen-size bedroom with two additional twin bedded rooms so plenty of room for the family and then some. Our fully equipped kitchen is huge and open plan with serve over to the dining area table seats eight with bar stools round countertop. Our comfortable lounge provides a welcome retreat from the heat of our terrific Florida sun.
To the rear we have a large deck area under lanai and safe from bugs with an beautiful in-ground pool and jacuzzi spa. Easy to find with local shops and restaurants you can call locally free to order in or dine out just five minutes down the road at many of the local eateries.
We have a choice of a Wal-mart super center or Winn Dixie at the entrance to the Dunes and loads of evening entertainment for the close to home activities. Located in the centre of Central Florida we have the warm blue Gulf of Mexico one hour west and the Atlantic one hour east. The ideal location for that brilliant vacation so great you will want to come back...see for yourself!
