Casa Tres Chacás, located in the fashionable Corpus Cristi section of Cozumel, is just three blocks from the ocean and a short walk to town. It is an enchanting home with two large bedrooms and a studio usable as another bedroom.
Each bedroom has its own bath and a choice of king or individual beds. This roomy house is a "home away from home" with vaulted ceilings and lovely décor. It has a large living room and dining room, a completely equipped kitchen, and books and videos for when you just want to stay home and relax.
After a day of diving, fishing or sunning on the beach, you can stroll along your private path through a stately gate into a lush, private garden shared with the American owners. Have a swim in the pool or just soak in the hot tub. Time for dinner? Right in the neighborhood are cafés offering authentic Mexican cuisine. If you feel like cooking instead, the island’s most complete grocery store is just down the street with everything you need for a gourmet meal.
Afterwards, take a short walk or catch a cab in front of the house to the charming town of San Miguel to explore the shops and boutiques or visit one of Cozumel’s many night spots.
The name of the house derives from the three lovely Chacá trees in front of the house, known as "tourist" trees because their bark turns red and peels. |
