Located Just South of Kona: This lovely, one bedroom, one bath townhouse with an Ocean View sleeps four in comfort. The bedroom has a KING SIZE bed AND A QUEEN Size Sofa Bed for your family and friends. 37" FLAT SCREEN TV MOUNTED ON THE WALL IN THE LIVING ROOM AND 19" FLAT SCREEN IN THE BEDROOM. The vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans make it seem larger than its size. Enjoy the Award-Winning Tropical Gardens that surround the Newly updated Pool and with the Ocean View you will have it all right from your very own comfortable condo. The two very large lanais bring the true feeling of Hawaii right into your room. The Kitchen comes fully-stocked for all of your cooking needs. Golf at the Kona Country Club is only a few steps from your door, and the best snorkeling in Kona, among sea turtles and tropical fish at Kahalu’u Beach is a mere three-minute drive away! Shopping at Keauhou Shopping Center is conveniently close by, and the resort is centrally located to give easy access to hundreds of exciting Kona activities. Car Rental Discounts are available for our guests!!! Fully Stocked Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Coffee Pot, TV in Living Room & Bedroom, Cooking Utensils Provided, Linens Provided, Brand Washer/Dryer, Two Pools, Electric Grill (BBQ). Deposits: CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED 1/2 of Reservation amount OR $500 (whichever is larger) is due within 10 days of Confirmed booking. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival for Low season, 60 days prior for High Season. Directions and keys will be emailed 14 days prior to booking once full payment is received. IN US FUNDS! Please note that our condo is a SMOKE FREE ZONE and that PETS are not allowed on premises. An additional Out Cleaning fee of $100.00 will be applied to billing for all stays. Cancellation Policy: 45 days prior to reservation date a full refund less 20% booking fee. Cancellation refund within 45 days is subject to rebooking. *Cancellation within 30 days & No shows will be charged in full unless re-booked. *All cancellations are charged a 20% booking fee on a confirmed reservation. Cancellations must be in writing. No Refund for Inclement Weather, Circumstances beyond our control, NO Shows or Shortened Stays. (Electronic mail constitutes written notice when a return receipt is requested and confirmed.) *Deposits are not refunded during special holidays. (New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July or during: Ironman Triathlon Week and the Kona Billfish Tournament.) *NO REFUNDS due to Inclement Weather or Circumstances Beyond Our Control.
