My husband and I just got back from this wonderful condo on the beach and we were so happy with our stay. The condo is nicely updated and right on the beach. We loved hearing the waves at night as we went to sleep. The complex is very quiet and clean with lots of lawn chairs to lay out. Our only complaint was no washer / dryer in the unit or on the premises that we could find. We were there for 8 days and our towels were very sandy! We definitely rate this as excellent and would recommend it to any of our friends!

All one bedroom units do not have a washer or dryer, this is due to our CC&R's. There are however, washers and dryers on the 3rd and 5th floors, next to the elevators, for use by our guests. Mahalo

What a lovely place, and right on the ocean! Great service from management staff and your home is just as it appears in the listing! FABULOUS sunset! Quiet! Great neighbors! And the BEACH! We snuck away from our adult "kids" in Oahu to enjoy two nights here ~ wish we could have had more! Thanks!!

Hi Ivan, Thank you for sharing your ocean condo with us for 2 weeks in Jan 2008. It is perfectly located, and the view is breathtaking. We saw whales from the Lanai and enjoyed watching the kayak and boat races on the weekends. The condo manager Tom and Marcie from Ali'i resort were very accomodating during our stay, we really felt like we were welcome there. The farmers market across the street has the best banana bread and fresh veggies. Very handy too. Thanks again. Melanie and Robert

Aloha Brah! Just wanted to tell you that we had a great time! Now residing in Arizona, I was born in Hawaii and spent most of my youth on the Islands, I have been back to Maui many times! I can honestly say, without a doubt, your home away from home in Kihei has got to be one of the Islands best values! Regina and I enjoyed some of the most picture perfect sunsets while relaxing on the balcony of your beach front condo, or during our many walks along the soft sandy beach only steps away! It's well maintained tropical plants and manicured lawn is such only a golfer can appreciate! Calm, crystal clear waters. DA KINE! We certainly miss listening to the sound of the waves as if they where gently rocking us to sleep each night. The convenience of having the ABC store right across the street was definitely a plus. Located just down the road was the friendly township of Kihei! Who could ask for more! Like the trade winds and tide, we will definitely be return. BIG ALOHAZ AND MAHALO!!! Aloha Ivan - We wanted to thank you for the use of your condo - we had a FABULOUS, relaxing time.......the condo couldn't have been in a better location for us!!!! It really felt like home to us for the days we were there!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you ~ We found our favorite boogie board beach - Polo Beach was a perfect fit - I think we went there pretty much every day with the exception of Thursday ~ Our 10 year old daughter had such a good time.....beach, beach, beach plus a few extra things we scheduled - Tuesday we went to Molokini and Turtle Town and then went straight to Polo Beach for swimming - Wednesday we went to Lahina and another place up there for snorckling.....IT WAS TERRIFIC!!! Loved Lahina ~ Thusday we rested at the condo and I did laundry - Friday we were supposed to take Surf Lessions and Dan and Jordan were going to do a Parasail thing but there was a fire on the mountain side and the highway was closed to Lahina - We went to the acquarium and more boogie boarding on Polo........ We left our boggie boards, snorckles/fins/masks and sun care items for others to use.......next year, we're going to rent all of our equipment as that will be just as easy - Dan and I would love to schedule your condo again - as soon as we have our dates, we'll email you.
