The rug has been replaced since our last visit and that made for a really fresh feeling in the condo. It is such a wonderful location and place to stay. The beach and water in front of the condo are gorgeous too. We can only say great things about our stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon/anniversary trip to Maui. The location was perfect! Kihei has everything you need with a laid-back, island town vibe. It also is a good central location for driving to other parts of the island. This property was right on Sugar Beach, which has great swimming, especially in the mornings, and a lovely sand beach. It is also right down the street from some of the best snorkeling we found on Maui at the Kamaole Beaches. The pictures reflect the property perfectly. We loved having the farmer's market right across the street and the canoe regatta competitions on the weekend that we could watch from our lanai. We also saw whales breach from our lanai every day!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Loved my stay at this clean, well appointed condo. Ocean is only a few feet from the balcony and the complex is very quiet. Hope to return again next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We love staying here. From our lanai, no more than 30 yards to the ocean. The unit is great, has everything we need. Very quiet, low key - perfect for a peaceful time in paradise.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My husband and I just returned from a great trip to South Maui where we stayed at the Kihei Beach Condos. The ocean view from the lanai was fantastic! Our condo was nicely equipped, had a very comfortable bed and 2 full baths. The Condo owner made renting a breeze and the onsite condo management were knowledgeable and helpful. This condo facility is located about 3 miles or more from regular services (with the exception of the expensive, but well-stocked ABC Store and Farmers Market across the street), so a car is necessary unless you have patience for the bus. We are already making plans to return for an even longer stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

My husband and I returned a few weeks ago from our 12-day stay in Kihei. In past visits, we have always stayed on the west side of the island and found Kihei to be a very nice change of pace. The long sandy beach is terrific for early morning walks. I ran in the Maui Oceanfront Marathon while there, and this was the perfect location to stay...close to the start, but a bit away from the busy super-touristy areas. The ABC store across the street was a lifesaver, and I miss running across to the farmer's market for papayas each morning! The selection of restaurants in this area of the island is still a bit pricey, but much more affordable than the west side. The condo itself offers a lovely view (we saw a few whales from our lanai) and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves speaks for itself. Thank you for making your condo available to us!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I just got back from this wonderful condo on the beach and we were so happy with our stay. The condo is nicely updated and right on the beach. We loved hearing the waves at night as we went to sleep. The complex is very quiet and clean with lots of lawn chairs to lay out. Our only complaint was no washer / dryer in the unit or on the premises that we could find. We were there for 8 days and our towels were very sandy! We definitely rate this as excellent and would recommend it to any of our friends!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

All one bedroom units do not have a washer or dryer, this is due to our CC&R's. There are however, washers and dryers on the 3rd and 5th floors, next to the elevators, for use by our guests. Mahalo

What a lovely place, and right on the ocean! Great service from management staff and your home is just as it appears in the listing! FABULOUS sunset! Quiet! Great neighbors! And the BEACH! Hi Ivan, Thank you for sharing your ocean condo with us for 2 weeks in Jan 2008. It is perfectly located, and the view is breathtaking. We saw whales from the Lanai and enjoyed watching the kayak and boat races on the weekends. The condo manager Tom and Marcie from Ali'i resort were very accomodating during our stay, we really felt like we were welcome there. Aloha Brah! Just wanted to tell you that we had a great time! Now residing in Arizona, I was born in Hawaii and spent most of my youth on the Islands, I have been back to Maui many times! I can honestly say, without a doubt, your home away from home in Kihei has got to be one of the Islands best values! Regina and I enjoyed some of the most picture perfect sunsets while relaxing on the balcony of your beach front condo, or during our many walks along the soft sandy beach only steps away! It's well maintained tropical plants and manicured lawn is such only a golfer can appreciate! Calm, crystal clear waters. DA KINE! We certainly miss listening to the sound of the waves as if they where gently rocking us to sleep each night. The convenience of having the ABC store right across the street was definitely a plus. Located just down the road was the friendly township of Kihei! Who could ask for more! Like the trade winds and tide, we will definitely be return. BIG ALOHAZ AND MAHALO!!! Aloha Ivan - We wanted to thank you for the use of your condo - we had a FABULOUS, relaxing time.......the condo couldn't have been in a better location for us!!!! It really felt like home to us for the days we were there!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you ~ We found our favorite boogie board beach - Polo Beach was a perfect fit - I think we went there pretty much every day with the exception of Thursday ~ Our 10 year old daughter had such a good time.....beach, beach, beach plus a few extra things we scheduled - Tuesday we went to Molokini and Turtle Town and then went straight to Polo Beach for swimming - Wednesday we went to Lahina and another place up there for snorckling.....IT WAS TERRIFIC!!! Loved Lahina ~ Thusday we rested at the condo and I did laundry - Friday we were supposed to take Surf Lessions and Dan and Jordan were going to do a Parasail thing but there was a fire on the mountain side and the highway was closed to Lahina - We went to the acquarium and more boogie boarding on Polo........ We left our boggie boards, snorckles/fins/masks and sun care items for others to use.......next year, we're going to rent all of our equipment as that will be just as easy - Dan and I would love to schedule your condo again - as soon as we have our dates, we'll email you. Thank you again for sharing ~ it was so easy to get around, we didn't have any problems and we still have so much to see next summer.
