If you are looking for the very best, this is it. This home is one of the most spectacular 2nd row ocean home available for rental in Hilton Head. The home, which is located on 4 Brigantine in Palmetto Dunes, has 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths and 2 half baths. It has nearly 5000 heated square feet with more than 6500 square feet in total.
There are numerous decks and porches off of the bedrooms and living areas and a large private pool*. The home is situated on a quiet dead-end street and has easy access to the private beach. The ocean can be seen from the house and is a short easy walk (approx. 100-150 feet). This home is the perfect family getaway and ideal for relaxing.
The house has been constructed inversely with the downstairs being comprised of a family room, 4 large bedrooms (each with private full bath), a half bath and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The family room has heart of pine flooring and a gas fire place. The upstairs has a circular great room (23' x 23') was a gas fireplace, a large dining room, a modern kitchen with corian counters and island, a breakfast nook, a half bath and two large master suites, each with oversized private bathrooms that have Jacuzzi tubs.
There is lots of glass throughout and the great room has a nice view of the ocean. There is heart of pine flooring throughout the upstairs with the exception of the master suites, which are carpeted. There is a large deck that can be accessed through either master suite or the upstairs living areas. There is also a porch in front of the breakfast nook.
The home has every amenity. It was designer decorated at a cost of more than $75,000. There are 8 TVs, 4 DVDs, and a stereo system with CD. The kitchen is fully outfitted and there is a microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator and stove. There is a lot of pool furniture and a new gas grill. Convenient beach access is just across the quiet street from the front of the house
The lot has been professionally landscaped and you will enjoy seeing and smelling several flowering plants, including 8 dwarf magnolias. There is also covered parking in the three car garage. Bedding consists of three kings, one queen, two sets of twins and a queen sleeper in the family room. This home is truly magnificent and ready for your enjoyment.
