House completely refurbished inside and out recently, located in quiet and safe neighborhood, a short stroll to a private dedicated beach, adjoining a breathtaking coastline of 27 continuous miles, where you experience predictably sunny weather and the most beautiful sunsets in the world.
Quiet family oriented section of Panama City Beach yet very close to the all new Pier Park.Here you will find lots of restaurants including Margaritaville, a new walking/fishing pier, and LOTS of shops!
House is our home away from home, and is amply furnished to make it a cozy, clean and comfortable place to stay. All kitchen appliances are new. All other furnishings are new or refurbished, with fresh paint, new upholstery, etc.
Two bedrooms with large closets, a queen bed in Master Bedroom, twin beds in second bedroom, plus convertible beds for den area.
Living room-dining room combination, has lots of room to move around, play games, and watch TV, as well as dine at the table or bar area. Separate kitchen area.
Glass siding doors lead out to covered back porch, and fenced in backyard, a good place for cooking out this summer.
The area has something to offer everyone of all ages, the beach and amusement parks for the young ones, good shopping and spas for the females, beautiful golf courses, and great fishing for the guys and a nearby senior citizens activity center for the grandparents, plus a variety of nearby delectable restaurants for all.

I just want to say Thanks to Ms Tina for allowing us to rent her home. This was an awesome getaway for us girls. Very clean and up to date on the decor. One of the best things was that you were away from all the traffic but still within walking distance to the beach. Lots of room and comfortable beds. (which is a plus) I have already recommended this home to a couple of friends and I have even placed it on my Facebook page. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to the beach.... This is the home for you. I think this was the best ladies beach trip I have ever had! Thanks again Tina for sharing your home.
