Art & Sandy, we received our deposit back today! Thank You! Want you to know that the condo was awesome! We enjoyed our time there so much! It exceeded our expectations! Afternoon's and evenings on the balcony were relaxing and the view was great! Life's so stressful sometimes and it's just what we needed!. I slept better than I had in months! Thank You again and we would enjoy staying there again!

Best Vacation stay of my life

Stayed for 2 weeks in August 2011..it was superb from beginning to end..the condo was spotless and came fully equipped nothing needed except our beach attire..condo was so nicely decorated and comfortable truly did not want to leave. Johns pass was right down the street with plenty of restaurants and shops to browse about..on the other end of Gulf blvd plaza with grocery and drug store..i would highly recommend this site for families or couples looking for a cozy comfortable vacation getaway.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Owner response: I enjoyed meeting Maria and her family and look forward to their returning. We spend so much time and effort making sure everything is perfect when are guest arrive so these great reviews are priceless. When they return they will find new pavers on the pool patio and new lounges, chairs and tables. We now have new tile walkways inside the building and all freshly painted. We have put in a covered tiki table with seats for an added table and shade next to the pool. I remain on the Condo Board so improvements and upgrade will continue....Art n Sandy

Every time we came down the hallway that view is absolutly overwhelming. Could not have found a better place to celebrate our 41st Anniversary. Weather great, dolphins enjoyable, thank you. We will be back next year. Thanks for having beach "stuff".......Sincerely Dale + Claudia

Fabulous Condo and View

We have stayed in the Madeira Beach area many times. We always walked along the beach to John’s Pass while admiring the Green Building with the large wrap around balconies. This year we rented unit 301 in this building that was recommended to us. The view was all we expected and more. We had an added surprise as the condo itself was the nicest we have rented. It was so bright and cheerful and clean. We tried to book it for next year but our dates were taken. We will certainly be back when we can. We were presently surprised when the owner, Art, called us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. We told him everything was just great. Kim and Eric

Wonderful, Spacious and Clean

My husband and I spent an amazing vacation at this condo. There were no suprises as the virtual tour allowed us to see everything beforehand. Everything was very clean, no, exceptionally clean. We loved the wrap-around balcony with the fantastic panaramic view. Art lived nearby and was here in a minute when we locked ourselves out. He was great to work with. Madeira is such a great area. There were so many excellent restaurants nearby and lots of fun this to do.We have booked our vacation for next year already. We can't wait to do things we didn't get to do. Sam.

We stayed May 2009, the weather was not very good, however, we had a great time. The Clark's have a comfortable condo with a spectacular view. The balcony is the best. We will be back.

Madeira Beach Condo -FANTASTIC!

This place was wonderful. Close to shopping, fantastic restaurants, Tampa Bay Rays and of course the wonderful beach. The condo was very neat and clean. The condo has everything that you could ask for. Art and Sandy are very friendly and professional. I have already recommended this place to a few friends of mine. And of course we will be going back. Soon I hope. It is in such a nice location. Great for families. My daughters and I loved the condo and Madeira Beach.

Superior Site for Sibling Reunion

My brothers, sister and I spent a week at this condo in May. It was the first time we had all been together in 17 years. It was an ideal location. With people traveling from three different states, the washer and dryer were certainly a plus. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when they needed it and the huge circular table with the lazy susan allowed all of us to share a meal together very comfortably. The views from the wrap around balcony were breathtaking. God blessed us with a double rainbow one night that extended from the Bay to the Gulf side. If all goes well, we'll be back. :-) The owners were gracious hosts, which simplified coordinating the details.

Equisite Condo with Super Views

Just returned from one week's stay at Arena de Madeira condo #301 in Madeira Beach owned by Art and Sandy. We were very pleased to see a very clean, comfortable, and functional retreat for our vacation. The furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in working order. The bathrooms, always a concern on my part, were very clean and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bedding sufficient. We loved the big round dining room table (we were six "girls" celebrating our 60th birthday) and the table was great for eating and playing games. Plenty of sitting room in the living room for all of us. The balcony was great- with table and chairs for all to enjoy the incredible beach and ocean. The whole condo complex was clean, with a well-maintained pool, and very private. The condo complex only has 15 condos, I think, so it was very quiet and private which we enjoyed. We spoke to the couple who were staying in condo #303, which is also owned by Art and Sandy, and they agreed with our assessment of the unit - clean and comfortable. When I rent a condo, I don't expect to go in and see "high end" furnishings with a "don't touch/don't spill" attitude. I want it to be clean, comfortable, with an attitude of "have fun/relax/enjoy". So, in conclusion, my only complaint is that we had to leave! Paula

My husband and I spent an amazing week at this place. The virual tour allowed us no surprises and everything was very clean Everything was in good working order. Art lives nearby and was here in a few minutes when we needed him. He was great to work with throughout. We have booked again for next year already. There was so many good rest. and things to do in the area we had lots of fun. We highly recommend Art and his condo.

We enjoyed the wrap around balcony! Even on the really cool, windy days, with a little creative use of the shutters, we were always able to find a spot to sit and enjoy the beach. And the views of the beach were wonderful, and lots of room for long walks. The closeness to St. John's Pass is an added bonus. Lots of good restaurants and other things to do.
