Good evening, My husband and I, and our two young boys (4 and 6) had a fantastic time during our stay in Kissimee! The house was amazing, cool, comfortable and had lots of things to do (we discovered Dvds, games, books, and of course the game room!). The pool was slightly chilly (we had some cloudy weather) but a perfect size for four of us. Location was ideal... 2 minutes drive to Walmart for grocery stock, short drive to great restaurants, and not far from several outlet shopping areas. We 'popped' to Downtown Disney, Seaworld, Legoland, and even drove back to Tampa for a day at the zoo to escape the rain hovering over Orlando! We took ages deliberating over the choice of villa for our first family holiday in Orlando, eventually settling on this property due to it's proximity to the parks, up market furnishings and pool conservation view. The booking process was very straightforward and on arrival we immediately knew we had chosen wisely. The villa was fabulous and met our needs perfectly. The fact that all 4 bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms was a great bonus, as there was no queuing when getting ready. Everything about the villa was as described; and we especially liked the super comfy beds, games room and heated jacuzzi. A perfect base to explore the area and a genuine 15 mins to Disney. We have stayed at several villas in Bellavida before and this is one of the nicest. Lovely decor and a peaceful outlook from the pool onto woodland. The villa was very clean and had everything you would need. When it got too hot outside the kids enjoyed the games room and the large TV with a stock of DVD's. We just got home from a weeks holiday, and it was amazing!! It was such a great holiday because of the home we got to stay in. It was fantastic to know that we were always coming back from a busy day to a clean, spacious home. From breakfast to reading the paper, and all the swims inbetween, we spent so much time out in the back pool area. A great detail was that the pool faces the south so the pool is always in the sunlight. The pool was the perfect size and depth that my 4 year old granddaughter learned how to swim while we were on vacation here. That is an awesome memory I will always cherish. There was great privacy in the pool area with all the trees and conservation in the back lot. There was so much room in this house it was incrediable! My family was nine people large and your could still fit a circus in this home it was huge. A nice touch was the games room and a variety of little childrens toys and movies. The neighbourhood was so quiet and peacefull all day long, a perfect place to relax. We loved the location of this villa. It was very close to the Walmart and shopping malls and everything inbetween. The laneway was very spacious which was great for loading and unloading the vehicles. Easy to get onto highways and go to the popular locations and theme parks. The home was very clean and everything was very easy to use and find. The home was well labled and even had a reference guide in case you had any questions. The home owners Linda and Rob were very curteous and easy to deal with. It was a great pleasure to rent this home from them. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants a successful holiday! This villa by far is the best one you can get in the Kissimmee area. From the moment we arrived at this villa we fell in love with it, everything was much better than we expected. The villa is vey spacious and the décor and fixtures were to a very high standard. The best part of the villa was the pool area, plenty of space and privacy backing onto the conservation area. The neighbourhood was very quite and peaceful and having a Wal-Mart so close was really convenient. We would definitely recommend your villa to family and friends. Conveniently located in the heart of Kissimmee (192 Hwy), this house offers you everything you are looking for on a family trip.
