The unit is very nice!!!! Clean, and furnished to comfort. The view is gorgeous!!!! My family and I enjoyed it very much, I will go back for sure. The owner are nice and very helpfull, they helped us choosing some of the restaurant in the area. Also we did not have to go thru the hassle to get the parking pass for the car the property manager got it for us before we even arrived. We had everything we can ask for from towels to beach chairs extra sheets and pillows. The beds were very comfortable and the mattress were not cheap. I also want to thanks Eva who helped us with this booking, because she was very nice and answering all the questions we had. I recommend this unit to all family who are looking for something special and home away from home!!!!!

My family and I stayed at the condo from March 14-21, 2011 and were disappointed with our accomodations. The pictures do not reflect the wear and tear that the unit has experienced including ripped sheets / no sheets on one bed, No toilet paper (at least the minimum upon arrival) no toilet paper holder in one bathroom as well as a foul odour. etc. Aside from all this we are most disappointed about the owner who did not express any concern for us when a major leak from the apartment above leaked into the kitchen and soaked a good portion of the carpet in the Dining Room as well as the kitchen cabinets and drawers. All she did was call maintenance to fix the leak above and nothing for us who had to deal with the mess and the foul odour! The building location and amenities are good unfortunately our experience was not. We would have appreciated it if there was even a little bit of concern shown on the part of the owners.

This rental was a great deal for the level of amenities provided. There was free wireless in the condo, a lovely pool, and beach access right there. It was prefect for us! The only negative was dealing with the property manager she was fairly rude and difficult. If I owned this condo I would find a replacement. I almost canceled as a result of failed follow-through with specific money details. I would also like to point out that if you google map this address with the one they give you, it will direct you to the wrong building. If you put in the address with a Hollywood Beach address, it will show you the correct building. With these negatives aside, it is a lovely place to stay and I would stay again.

Owner response:Hello, After reviewing all the emails between you and managment, I find that the managment has complied with all procedure correctly. I applogize that you felt that way toward my manager, I am bit surprise because I only get good compliment about her for the last 6 years!!!! However, the home owner association would have requested by appointment only along with a fee deposit for any delivery that must go thru a service elevator, that's why the manager was only trying to save you from any inconvenience and save me as owner from getting penalize from them. I am glad that you and your family enjoyed the unit and found it comfortable, so when you come next time please enjoy our 20% discount to you!!!! In regard to the address we really cant do much because this is how it is listed in public records. Thank You Owner
