This is a brand new home that was just finished in 2006. This home has a custom audio system throughout the house. From top to bottom this house has it all including a large kitchen with granite counter tops and a large center island counter that opens up to a roomy dining room and living room with a 50" plasma TV.
Off the dining room are sliding glass doors that lead out onto the deck with new outdoor furniture and a natural gas grill. Beautiful tile bathrooms with a corner shower in the master bath and glass sliders in master bedroom which lead to private deck. This house has a laundry room with washer and dryer on the same floor. Also included is a roomy outside shower with dressing area.

We just completed a relaxing week in Harvey Cedars. Jasper and Ann's house is immaculately clean and beautifully designed and decorated. It is fully equipped with everything one would need or want. The beach is gorgeous and newly widened for spectacular views. We found the proximity of the house to be fine for nearby markets - Neptune Market in H. Cedars,Off The Hook in Barnegat Light for fresh seafood and prepared food. and close to all the restaurants on the North End of LBI, such as The Plantantion, Kubel's (one of our favorties) Harvey Cedars Shellfish Co, and many more in Surf City, just to the south. The street that the house is on is near the bay and wonderful for children to ride bikes, and for anyone to walk and explore the picturesque setting.

Just finished a great week there. Comments about the unit/area and Jasper/Ann (owners) 1) Beautiful new unit 2) Jasper/Ann did the little things that make a difference (included beach badges, had the outlets plugged to be kid-proof) 3) Easy to deal with 4) Great TV/sound system--bring favorite CDs although Jasper's 5 CDs that he left in there were GREAT! 5) Harvey Cedars is great b/c close to Sunset Park, easy to other parts of Island 6) Hit some of our favorite old haunts and as we always do..found some new ones. 7) Fontamela's (market/deli in Surf City--good product at halfway decent prices 8) Pearl Street Market in Beach Haven 9) Sunset Park 10) Finally climbed Barney Light with wife and kids (2 and 4 in September) 11) Dairy Queen in Barney Light 12) Lycum Gym in Ship Bottom Please feel free to email with questions.
