This 4 bedroom house is a delightful place to spend a vacation/make memories for children and grandchildren and adults for years to come.The site # is B-6.
The house will accomodate,and is limited to 12 people---please,no exceptions.
The house consists of 2 king bedrooms,1 queen bedroom,1 bedroom with bunkbed-double lower and twin upper,and a small bedroom with 1 twin bed.Each bedroom has a tv.
Both upper and lower decks have furniture and there is a porch swing under the house.
The panoramic ocean/beach view is breathtaking. You can be on the beach in two minutes and at the pools in five. Directly in front of the basketball court and near two playgrounds/horseshoes/bocce and shuffleboard.
There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Ocean Lakes is an award winning community with something for everyone, including snack bars/grocery store/gift shop/laundry/arcade/golfcart rental/24 hours security and nondenominational church service.
This is a family-type rental unit--please--ABSOLUTELY no house parties/singles groups/spring break groups/"senior week groups"..Absolutely no underage consumption of alcohol.There must be an adult on premises at all time.Any adult renting for such groups will be asked to vacate premisie and forgo all monies.Owner reserves the right to enter the house at anytime with notification.
Homeowner and/or Ocean Lakes have the right to enforce rules and deal with problems at their discrepancy.
Violation of any rules can lead to expulsion and NO refund of monies.
You need bring only your sheets/towels and paper products.
Cleaning service is available for an additional fee,as are sheets and/or towels.
Check-in time is 3pm or later please plan your travel time accordingly--time is needed between rentals for cleaning and maintenance.
Check-out is 1030am or earlier.
