Beautiful three bedroom, two bath home, 1,500 square feet. 61" T.V. with theater sound and comfortable sectional seating, around a free standing fireplace. Sleeps up to 9, with a Queen and Twin bed, in each room. Large Master Bedroom, with walk in closet. Towels and Bed Linens are provided, as well as all cooking utensils.
French doors open off the living room, to a 800 square foot deck, with patio seating up to 12. Walking distance to Lake Lodge Marina, where you can board a lake shuttle, to take you to Dunns Court Beach, Fisherman's Cove, or the Main Marina, which offers Swimming, Vollyball, Boat Rentals and a full service Snack Shack, Memorial through Labor Day.
Pine Mountain Lake, is a gated community, that offers an award winning golf course, country club dinning, Horseback Riding, Tennis, Swimming and Boating to name a few.
In the town of Groveland, there is The Iron Door Saloon, which claims to be the oldest saloon in California and offers family dining during the day and dancing at night. There is also a Mexican Restaurant, a couple of Cafes and a top notch supermarket.
