A 36" stero TV with Cd player,and a VHS player & recorder in the living room encased in a large cherry armoire. There is a separate laundry room in the unit, with full size washer and dryer,with ironing board & Iron. Also included for your viewing pleasure is a DVD Movie Library with a variety of movies. High speed internet connection is located in living room and will reach dining table for a work station for your computer.
The full sized kitchen has natural maple cabinets with black double door ref with ice & water thru door, flat surface range and overhead microwave. There is an L shaped raised bar with 4 bar stools. Off the kitchen is a dining area with table & 4 chairs.
There are two large beachfront pools, one heated, two hot tubs, along with a spray kids area. A parking garage, with four high speed elevators, is located under the condominium,which means no crossing streets or walk-overs to reach your room. Also on the pool level, there is a huge fitness room, with approximately twenty exercise machines, the fitness room has glass windows, with pool and gulf views. There is an outside storage closet for beach items. In this closet there are some beach chairs, unbrella, and misc plastic sand tools for children, feel free to use them.
Sunrise Beach Resort is located on Front Beach Road, on the West side of Panama City Beach, away from the main congestion area, but still close enough to be there in 5 minutes. There is an in-house theater room, with a 60 inch Plasma TV, for your movie enjoyment. There is also two large stainless, gas grills on the deck, of the walkway to the beach, if you wish to stay in and grill fish or steaks for dinner.
A 2 minute (l mile) drive to the newly opend fabulous PIER PARK, where you can find over 100 shops, bars, resturants, movie theater, large department stores, Old Navy, Victoria Secrets, Dillards, Target, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, and the list goes on .... you will think you are in KEY WEST when you walk the streets of Pier Park
This unit is awesome, and everyone who has stayed here, all say it is the nicest condo they have ever stayed in. You must come and check it out for yourself.

For the low-budget minded, I have a one bedroom 2 bath in a 6 story building. It is beach-front located on Thomas Drive and is beach front with pool, tennis court & shuffleboard. This 1000 sq ft unit has new furniture and new queen beds (2) great balcony directly overlooking pool and beach. Very close to Capt Anderson resturant and fishing, Spinnaker & LaVela, & Schooners. |
