Beautifully decorated, new, 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home, that you will not want to leave! Every bedroom has it's own TV and DVD and VCR player. The reverse floor plan has 2 living rooms, one on each level with a big TV in each. There is a childrens book, video, and game library for your childrens enjoyment, when they are not enjoying the gorgeous beach or beautiful pool. There are incredible double decks on both sides of the house, so you can fully enjoy the awesome ocean views, on one side and the marsh views on the other. Each bedroom opens onto a deck, with rocking chairs, to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The upstairs kitchen is huge with gorgeous, porcelain countertops, a breakfast bar with six barstools, huge dining table with 10 chairs, and 2 tables on the outside deck for outdoor eating. The upstairs living room has a fireplace, large screen TV, and a half bath. Windows are everywhere, to enjoy the great views and to make the house bright and cheery.
The downstairs family room has a wet bar, with mini-refrigerator, large screen TV, stereo, and lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful views. There is a full size laundry room on this floor, with an extra large washer, dryer, and an ironing board.
Along with the beautiful, fenced, private pool outside, there is also an enclosed outdoor shower, with hot and cold water, with a changing room adjacent.
Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom with a tub and shower combination in each. The downstairs bedrooms are set up with 1 King and 4 Double beds. The upstairs bedrooms are set up with 1 King and 2 sets of twin bunk beds.
