The elegant town of Naples is sited on Florida's Gulf Coast, famous for miles of beautiful, white sandy beaches and clear waters.
Located in Briarwood, a gated community, this light and spacious non-smoking villa, built in 2005,is furnished to the highest standards which will really make it feel like your home during your stay in Naples.
The accommodation comprises a Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in dressing room; a queen double bedroom; a twin bedded room; a family bathroom, vaulted living/dining room furnished as two separate rooms and a fully equipped kitchen area.
The Master Suite has a King-size bed, TV, phone with a walk-in dressing room, en-suite bathroom complete with bath and a large walk-in shower. The room has patio doors which open up onto the Pool area.
The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and have a Queen-size and two single beds respectively. All have TV and a clock radio. The double bedroom too has patio doors which open up onto the Pool area.
The bedrooms, living area and patio area all have fans for your comfort. There is air conditioning/heating in all rooms in the house, plus fans in the bedrooms and living areas.
The Living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with full size range, side-by-side freezer/refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit together with all the small electrical appliances you would expect in a home of this quality. We have a large formal dining area though many guests prefer to eat outside on the patio. The comfortable sofas encourage you to relax while viewing the (cable) TV or DVD player. We have recently bought a 40" HD tv for your enjoyment. A stereo- cassette/radio unit is included in the living area. We also have a large store of DVDs, books and games for your use.Internet access is now available.
The large pool and extended lanai area overlook a quiet, fresh-water canal in Briarwood which attracts a wide variety of birdlife and turtles. The pool area has an outdoor fan to help keep you cool whilst dining outside or relaxing on the patio furniture. The pool can be heated.
A BBQ is available.
All linens, including beach towels, are provided. Our local agents are on hand to deal with any problems that may arise so you can be assured of a relaxing and stress free vacation.

Why the Owner Chose Briarwood
The BEAUTIFUL beaches are a real pull plus it's the ideal resort for a golfer. Wonderful shops in The Waterside and Venetian bay are another delight!
The Unique Benefits at this Single Family Home
The house is on a quiet, gated estate. Many of the houses face small lakes, but we face a natural waterway. At different times of the year we have seen turtles, otter greckles, egrets and many more. We get full sun on the extended deck all day, those who prefer shade can sit at the outdoor dining table and still be outside with their friends.
The pool has two swimups so everyone can enjoy a drink while keeping cool.

We first visited Naples with our now grown up sons when they were small after a trip to Disneyland. We fell in love with the beautiful beaches and quiet surroundings.The house is on a gated community which offers a variety of facilities. As it is a 'real' community where residents live all the time, rather than a community of holiday homes, it has a friendly atmosphere. Because I am a teacher , my husband and I can only travel during school holidays, the most expensive time to fly, so we're looking forward to retirement in a few years time when we can visit Naples more! We know that you will love Naples too!
