Blue Jewel's St. Maarten 7th floor condominium has incredible views and sounds of our emerald Gulf. This Condominium was just renovated and completely upgraded. No expense was spared. New granite kitchen and stainless steel appliances. Richly decorated with Duponi silk drapes and linens. Expansive views of the Gulf from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom. Views of the Intercoastal Waterway from the two guest rooms. Guest rooms have their own balcony with seating. All rooms are very large and luxurious. Why the Owner Chose Silver Shells
We bought our unit because Silver Shells offers the best security in Destin, it has the largest beachfront area of all Destin condo projects, and the buildings and floor plans are top notch, no expense spared. We bought in St Maarten because it was the only direct waterfront building in Silver Shells that you can rent to weekly guests. We purchased our unit because it has the wide expansive views in the living room, dining room and kitchen, as well our floor has both gulf and sand views to see people not just water. Our location is quiet, away from the restaurant noise and private in the fact that this unit does not overlook other condos.
