Aloha, this condo is one of the best that we have stayed in at the Kiahuna. We just spent two weeks there, our third time in this unit (5th time overall), and we are already booking for next year. The lighting and furnishings are great with an updated remodel. The light colors and the bead board accents make it feel larger than the other condos we have rented. The ability to walk out on the lanai with the grass and close proximity to the parking lot (nice when carrying lots of groceries and luggage from Costco), as well as the lagoon area with 3 barbecues and large picnic tables is a definite plus. We were there with 5 families throughout the Kiahuna, and this unit was the gathering spot for most dinners. This unit has a washer and dryer, which is rare. Minimal luggage with just a few items makes it easy to travel. With 2 young boys, they are dropping towels everywhere. So, having a W/D in the unit is a real treat. Susan is great to work with and have had nothing but terrific times! Mahalo

Susan was excellent to deal with; prompt with answers to any questions we had. The condo itself has got this amazing atmosphere with the artwork, colours, openness (both from remodelled kitchen and corner unit windows). Being ground floor onto a well manicured lawn was terrific for our kids who loved doing cartwheels while we made our meals in the full size kitchen. There was everything you needed from beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kids lifejackets and boogie boards, to board games, to reading books, to an equipped kitchen, to a sunset view. What else is there to say, except we'll be back!!!

Our recent stay in this unit was even better than we anticipated! The unit had absolutely everything we could possibly need, and was very comfortable. The location was perfect, about 2 minutes from the beach. We have stayed in approximately 9 different units at Kiahuna, and this unit was undeniably the best one yet! We hope to return next year, and will definitely be booking this unit! No need to look ANY FURTHER!

What a piece of paradise!! This place has it all... relaxing vibe, a short walk to the beach, quiet nights, and a great lanai to have a cocktail on! Susy has everything you need to relax on your holiday. The condo is decorated so cute, and the artwork is unique and fun! It was really handy to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Another great bonus of staying here is having a relaxing morning. No getting dressed up for breakfast in a stuffy hotel restaurant! You can just enjoy your eggs, bacon and coffee on the lanai! We got fish from Koloa many nights and grilled out on the BBQ. If don't want to cook - just walk across the street to Keoki's Paradise, and belly up to the bamboo bar. Great small plates to share, and oh... the HULA PIE!!! Thank you Susy for letting us experience your wonderful condo with us! We will be back!

Home away from home in paradise! We just returned from an 8 night visit to Beach House 144. What a wonderful place! This was our 3rd visit and it really did feel like we were coming home. This unit has been updated and decorated so beautifully, down to the local Hawaiian art throughout the unit. It has everything you need ice maker, ice chest, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, boogie boards and we even found a day pack for hiking. The beach is wonderful and perfect for watching the Sunset. Forget the local happy hours; mix up a shaker full of Muscatell Mai Tai's (the family recipe can be found on the wall by the phone) and head for the lawn under the palm trees – sip, gaze and relax! We are really going to miss this ritual.Many good restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Kioki’s has live local music most nights and a great bar menu. We can’t wait to come back. We love beach house 144! We have stayed at this beautiful condo three times in the last three year. This last time we brought our two children and they loved it! This condo is like no other I have stayed in. Very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated with everything you need! Since we brought the children, we packed lunches for the beach and family dinners in house. We took advantage of the barbeques (groundskeepers light every night) and local supermarkets. Everything we needed was on hand. It was a very relaxing and restful trip in our home away from home! Not only is the condo the best on this property, but the beach is the best on the island. The kids learned to body surf and snorkel. We took long walks and explored beautiful territory. We love the trade winds and the gardens. We also visited the pool, for the first time. It was amazingly fun; waterslide and all. Not to mention Kiahuna Plantation’s restaurant is the best around. Again, we love this place! This time around we stayed the whole week on the property enjoying every day. Thank you for the comfort and memories! We will be back next year!

We've stayed at this condo every year for our vacation for the last three years. Not only is it in the sunniest part of Kauai, but it has the best beach and restaurants on the whole island. The condo itself is darling - very comfortable, clean, all new renovation, modern amenities and the decor makes you feel your staying in a cape cod beach house where Tommy Bahama was the designer! The resort staff is always helpful and pleasant. My family and I consider this a place to re-charge, truly relax and make great memories for many years to come. Our home away from home!

What a gorgeous condo! My husband and I have stayed in a couple of condos at Kiahuna Plantation and this one is by far the best. It's very comfortable and we LOVED the ambience. We couldn't say more about how beautifully decorated it is. It had everything we needed and more. We plan on coming back every year!

We loved this darling condo, the location, the beautiful details & decorating. Having a ground floor unit with a lanai opening up to the lush grounds was perfect for us. Our teenage daughters could move their lounge chairs onto the grass and still have easy access to snacks, drinks & music on the iPod docking station! The kitchen is fully stocked including beautiful glass wear in the cabinets of the bright sunny kitchen. This was the best location on the island of Kauai, sunny beach even when it was gloomy everywhere else. We can’t wait to go back to Beach House 144.

Just completed a 1 week stay at the Condo. What a wonderful place! The beach is amazing and within a short walk. The condo has all the beach equipment you need and is very comfortable. We just returned from our Kauai visit and I wanted to let you know how much we LOVED your condo! The decor was so welcoming, cool and refreshing, the beds were so comfortable (even the sofa bed!) and being located in an end unit provided amazing breezes. I especially loved that you included so many little details that made it really feel like home, such as scissors, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, tupperware, trays, a blender, an ice chest, beach bag, etc.! I cannot think of anything that was missing. The location was great as well, and we just had a fantastic time! We also spent a couple of nights in another condo (long story), and it was pretty disappointing after our stay in your place. It had a dirty rug, smelled icky and the sofa bed was really awful. It also was not an end unit and I was woke up sweating both nights. Anyway, thank you so much for providing such a great place! Take care, Patty

This was by far our favorite condo that we stayed in while in Hawaii. The condo is in a great location with the beach, shops, and restaurants nearby. It is beautifully decorated and clean. We hope to be back soon!!!

My fiance and I stayed in 3 different condos during our Kauaii trip, and this was by far our best experience. This condo is right next to our favorite beach, and in a perfect location for anything you could possible want to do (surfing, snorkeling, sightseeing, hiking), and is comfortable and relaxing enough inside that you can enjoy staying right there and doing absolutely nothing.
