Year Purchased: 1976

This home is actually my mother's home and where I grew up as a young girl. We now live in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, but still maintain this fantastic 2nd home. The inside has a very European feel with Italian tile and multi-level design.

The Unique Benefits of this House

A favorite of mine is visiting the docks and fish markets. If you enjoy deep sea fishing - there's a lot of it! Morning walks on the beach and beach combing is very fun for kids (young and old). If your kids are smaller - you may want to consider East Lake where the water is tame and there is plenty of fun for the whole family too.

    • This house in Montauk was perfect for the six of us. When we arrived, the house was spotless and all of the beds were made. It is so nice to rent a house where the linens and the towels are provided. The house is located walking distance to the beach and the town. Not having a washer and dryer was not a problem as there is a laundromat in town with drop-off service. We have rented many properties over the years in various resort towns and we highly recommend this one.
