Find a taste of the tropics on the Carolina coast at Conched Out, our cozy, tropical-themed 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with unobstructed views of the ocean. There is parking underneath for 2 cars, outside shower with H/C water, and community beach access 100 yards from our steps. Surf City's shops and restaurants are a 5 minute drive or a short bike ride away.
The house sleeps 6 with 2 queens, 1 set of bunks, and a full sleeper. There are 4 cable TV's with DVD's, 1 VCR, and free internet access so you can "surf" while you surf! (Bring your computer.) There’s a full size Washer and Dryer, dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen. Pets up to 30 pounds are allowed for an additional $100 per pet. This is a no smoking property. Cleaning included. (Only a few summer weeks left!)

We just returned from a week at "Conched Out", and it is a really, really sweet house. We immediately felt right at home, and are hoping to go back for TWO weeks next year. The photos are extremely accurate- right down to the pillows on the couch and the hammock on the porch! The beach access was improved while we were there- now it's a really nice, solid wooden walkway up & over the dunes. It's REALLY nice to have an access so close. We shopped, ate in several local restaurants, just really hated to leave. We could hear the ocean, and see a bit of it. The location was very quiet. A++++.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

WE HAVE STAYED HERE FOR 3YRS.JUST CAME BACK FROM HERE..CANT WAIT TO GO BACK LAST OF SEPT..WONDERFUL PEOPLE OWN THIS HOME NICE & CLEAN.HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED.CAN TAKE OUR DOG..IN MIDDLE OF SURF CITY,CLOSE TO BEACH,SHOPS,FOOD,BARS & ETC.GIVE THIS HOME A TRY..WE FEEL AT HOME !!CAN SEE WATER,HEAR WAVES,1/2 BLOCK TO STEPS TO BEACH,QUITE PLACE,VERY NICE.WE ENJOY GOING HERE BECAUSE FROM TIME-TIME WE KNOW ITS GOING TO BE NICE & CLEAN EVERY TIME WE GO!!
