Located on Medano Beach, the primary swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas, Villa La Estancia is a full ownership condominium community, with all of the services of a five-star luxury resort, including 24 hour front desk services, a Concierge to arrange activities, make restaurant reservations, secure transportation, and take care of all of your needs while visiting the Los Cabos area.
The beautiful pool feature lovely fountains and a swim-up bar. Enjoy the five oceanview hot tubs, executive fitness center, and European spa, with in-Villa massage available. There are two private tennis courts. The poolside restaurant offers outstanding breakfasts and lunches or enjoy your drinks and snacks by the pool or on the beach. Just ask one of the friendly waiters! If you have a car, the underground parking garage is free.
The La Casona is a fine dining gourmet restaurant that offers outstanding dinners featuring wonderful cuisine and relaxing music. Room service is also available. All water at the resort is conditioned with it's own purificationsystem for your convenience and safety. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available in each master bedroom via RJ45 into the resort's LAN. Complimentary WiFi is offered in the pool and other general areas.
All Villa La Estancia guests have full privileges at Villa del Palmar and Villa Del Arco, five star resorts located next door. Villa del Palmar offers a wide range of recreational activities, two excellent restaurants, and a Kids in Paradise children's program. Villa Del Arco offers fine dining with superb ocean views. A mini-mall with supermarket, deli, Internet café, and craft shops are located on-site to serve all the Villa resorts.
Our villa features two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two queen beds. There are three full bathrooms. Each bedroom has an electronic security box. The Master bath features a jetted tub, separate shower, dressing table, and double sinks. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressing areas, televisions, and telephones. There is a third bathroom, with shower, adjacent to the living and dining area. The large furnished terrace includes a wet bar and bbq grill.
The main great room features a large living room, with 42" Flat Panel HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD, and stereo system, dining room. Our full kitchen was recently upgraded with granite counter tops, all new appliances, large food pantry, and washer/dryer closet. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and small appliances.
The main great room is updated with new furniture and matresses. Travertine marble floors, 10 foot ceilings in the living areas, solid maple entry doors, zoned air conditioning and ceiling fans.
When rented as a 1 bedroom, 2 bath, you will have all of the features of the Villa, except the second lock-out bedroom. We never rent the second bedroom simultaneously so as to insure balcony privacy.

Cabo San Lucas is a wonderful place and the Villa La Estancia resort is our perfect combination of a quiet and beautifully maintained resort located on a beautiful beach within walking distance to town. Resort service is first class. I refer to Cabo as "Phoenix on the ocean", low humidity and little in the way of bugs.

Incredible hotel staff and concierge. Great location with walking distance to town but away enough from the Cabo "party" atmosphere if you want a quiet day/evening.

My family (2 adults, 3 teenagers) just returned from a perfect Cabo vacation. The condo is spacious, lovely and comfortable. The patio that spans the length of the entire condo is a superb place for sunrise/sunset moments, evening family games or mid-morning brunch. This is our second time to Cabo and La Estancia--we plan to return and would not think of staying any place else. Words and even pictures cannot truly show the beauty of the property. The owners were very easy to work with and always communicated quickly via email. We even received a phone call before we left to make sure we didn't have any other questions. They offered advice on restaurants, airport shuttles, and travel insurance. Cabo + La Estancia + this condo = a magical time for all.

We had a fabulous 6 night stay at Villa La Estancia with our family! The villa was even nicer than the pictures and had every amenity you could imagine! As much as you wanted to spend time inside the luxurious villa the best feature was the expansive balcony. Wow - huge! So nice that this unit had the type of balcony with the extra semi circle in the middle that made it even larger. All of the furnishings inside and out were beautiful and abundant (patio). Being there in August we were glad for the afternoon shade (thanks Lory for that advice!). It was so cool to see the cruise ships come in that came so close (looked like straight at!) to VLE before making the turn to the marina. The seascape of the Baja peninsula was truly a unique and refreshing change of scenery from other beaches in Mexico and the Caribbean. Beautiful water and beaches. The staff at VLE were very friendly and courteous and eager to please (although sometimes a language barrier). The grounds of VLE were immaculate and absolutely beautiful with the abundant floral. We definitely have it on our list to come back someday to Cabo San Lucas and stay at Villa La Estancia!
