The beautiful Infinity pools feature lovely fountains and a swim-up bar. Enjoy the five oceanview hot tubs, executive fitness center, and European spa, with in-Villa massage available. There are two private tennis courts. The poolside restaurant offers outstanding breakfasts and lunches, or enjoy your drinks and snacks by the pool or on the beach, just ask one of the friendly waiters! If you have a car, the underground parking garage is free.
The La Casona is a fine dining gourmet restaurant, that offers outstanding dinners featuring wonderful cuisine and relaxing music. Room service is also available. All of the water, at the resort is purified, for your convenience and safety. Free high-speed Internet access is available in each Villa, through the resort's LAN, which is Wireless as well as ethernet. WiFi is accessible in the pool area.
All Villa La Estancia guests also have full privileges at Villa del Palmar, a five star resort located right next door. Villa del Palmar offers a wide range of recreational activities, two excellent restaurants, and a Kids in Paradise children's program. In addition, a mini-mall with supermarket, deli, video rental, Internet café, and craft shops is located on-site.
The Villa features two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two queen beds, and three full bathrooms. There is an electronic security box in the Master Bedroom. The Master bath features a jetted tub, separate shower, dressing table, and double sinks. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressing areas, televisions and telephones. There is a third bathroom, with shower, adjacent to the living and dining area. The large furnished terrace includes a wet bar and mini-refrigerator.
The Villa features a large living room, with TV, VCR, and Stereo system, dining room and full kitchen including a complete stove, with microwave and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, washer and dryer, and large pantry. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and small appliances.
Travertine marble floors, 10 foot ceilings in the living areas, solid maple entry door and maple kitchen cabinets, granite countertops in the bathrooms, zoned air conditioning and ceiling fans complete this luxury Villa.
