5 star luxury and comfort awaits you at our brand new 6 bedroom, 4 bath home. This home is perfect for everyone including families, golf groups, honeymooners, relocated families and even family reunions. We are situated on a perfectly elevated lot, with a view of Disney's fireworks in the evening.
Our stunning, southern style home has numerous upgrades and is professionally furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Our home is maintained and looked after by our management team, and comes complete with linens, towels, washer and dryer. All utilities, local and long distance phone calls, and high speed internet are all part of the cost.
This luxurious villa has it's own private screened pool with spa and is fully equipped with pool loungers, and a newly installed brick paver patio with gas grill.
Both master suites are situated on the upstairs floor. They have king size beds, televisions and DVDs. The Main master suite has a large walk in closet, fully tiled bathroom, with a roman tub, separate shower enclosure and twin washbasins. There are 2 queen bedded rooms, one of which is downstairs with bathroom for an ensuite, and 2 twin bedded rooms, perfect for the kids. There are a further two family bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with their own televisions and DVD's. For your added comfort we have pillow-top mattresses and soft pillows.
The spacious and comfortable family room is equipped with a 52 inch, big screen TV with stereo sound system, cable, VCR and DVD. There is also a second living area, to relax and visit in after dinner.
A formal dining area is adjacent to the living room and seats 8 to 10 people.
Our fully fitted luxury kitchen with a breakfast bar, lots of cupboard space and counter work surfaces, comes complete with fridge and freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and cooking range. Other equipment includes microwave, electric coffee maker and toaster. There are ample cooking pans and utensils, crockery and glassware including plastic glassware, for use around the pool. A breakfast nook area adjoins the kitchen with table and seating for six.
Laundry room is fully equipped, with large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Game Room in garage is an added extra that allows you to shoot pool, play darts, have a card game or just relax in this added space.
Windsor Hills is a manned gated community with 24 hour safety and security. It is filled with family fun, including a huge pool with water slide, hot tub, splash fountain, sundry shop, fitness room, arcade, pool tables, ping-pong tables, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, movie theatre and a large special kid's playground.
Our home is fully inspected and licensed by the State of Florida, so you are assured, that the home is of the highest standards possible.

This house was beautiful! Very well maintained and convenient. My family can't wait to come back to Florida and stay here. The neighborhood is extremely close to Disney and all the restaurants. The pool was a bonus for the kids as well as the hot tub for the adults! Curtis made the rental process seamless - very professional and reliable. Thank you Curtis!

We had a great visit to Orlando. The house was great and just as promised. The kids loved the pool in the backyard and spent every spare moment swimming. We had 5 kids and 6 adults and the 6 bedrooms were great allowing each kid to have his/her own bed. The kids also loved having a TV and DVD player in their rooms (a treat for them since we don't allow this at home). The furniture in the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, etc. We had one very minor issue with a toilet and to my surprise someone was there to fix it in about 30 minutes. Wow. Now that is service. Thanks for a great stay!

We had the pleasure of staying in your home 11/22/08 thru 12/6/08. the house was simply beautiful, the pool was amazing, we never thought we be swimming in the month of December. Only regret was that we had to go home. We will see you next year for 3 weeks!!!!

We enjoyed our week at this beautiful home. The pool was so convenient, we hated to leave the house. Disney was very close, shopping and restaurants were close also. We would rent it again .

Hi Curtis!Yes, we’re back at it in not-so-sunny Indianapolis! We wish we were still sitting by your pool! We really enjoyed our stay. Your home is absolutely lovely, and the pool was a big hit with the kids. They were happier playing in the pool than visiting the Disney parks! Thanks so much for making our stay so comfortable. My parents really appreciated that you left a couple of lights on and provided cold drinks in the fridge. That was very thoughtful. Thanks for everything! We hope to be back sometime in the future!

We have just returned home are are enjoying many fond memories of our trip to Florida and your beautiful home. I can't tell you how wonderful it was for us--you and Sherry are such gracious hosts. You went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and we can't thank you enough. It may well be the only time we will have all three of our children and their children all together for a vacation so it was so very special. The kids loved the pool and the amenities at the Windsor Hill clubhouse were terrific. We have already given the house details to some friends who are planning a combined family trip in the next year or so and we will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who asks. Thanks again for a very special memory. The grandkids are already asking if we can go back to that house.

This was our first "Family" vacation with Jeff's kids and we couldn't have done better! Upon arrival we just knew that it was going to be an incredible vacation. The children ages 11-14 3 boys 1 girl were so impressed with the house! It is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was a big hit and would definately recommend renting from them. Oh, on a business note I had just opened my 2nd company and wireless internet was my main concern. The owners made sure that everything was up and running before our arrival. Perfect vacation rental! Made us almost forgot that one of the kids got the flu.
