My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Calypso this year, as we did last year, staying with the Springhill Properties rental unit for the second time. The properties location has got to be the best on the coast. There is entertainment for all ages, starting next door at the pier, across the street, with shopping and dining at Pier Park, and of couse the glistening white sands of the beach at its' back door. The accomodation was tastefully decorated and modern. The unit was clean, and all neccessary amenities were provided to have a great vacation. the owner was hospitable with my needs, and met every expectation. We will definately be staying with them again, at the Calypso.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Thank you guys so much for letting us enjoy your gorgeous condo. We have stayed at a lot of condos at Calypso and this is by far one of our favorites. Loved watching the dolphins every morning while sitting on the balcony. We also enjoyed floating in the crystal clear water all week and eating the wonderful seafood. Thank you again for a great vacation! Hope to be back next year.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent visit in April 2011. This condo has it all! It was immaculate, had beautiful & cozy furnishings, a nicely appointed kitchen, handy wet bar, a relaxing atmosphere and in close proximity to Pier Park and many local attractions. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The oceanfront pool area was sensational and the complimentary beach chairs were another fabulous amenity that were essential when sunbathing by the ocean. Staying here insured my vacation was a pleasurable and splendid experience.

The accommodations could not have been better, the unit is beautiful decorated, immaculate, and has all the amenities you could possible need; exactly as described in the listing. You made the process easy and it was a pleasure to rent from you. We loved being so close the everything at Pier Park! We will definitely stay at “Cloud 9” again.

Our stay at the Calypso was everything we expected and more ! Location, location, location...close to restaurants and shopping (and the airport) so we didn't have to drive all w-end. Also beautiful views, all the conveniences and stylish furnishings so you really felt like you were on vacation ! And the owners are very accomodating. We will be back !

This is a beautiful place to spend a vacation! The unit is very comfortable and the view is fantastic. We watched the sunset from the balcony each night, and enjoyed watching dolphins swim & play in the surf. You will love this place!

We stayed here in Oct 2008. It was really a nice play to stay. We had NO problems with the room. Everything was so clean and comfy. Our 4 year old loved the bunk beds!!! The only negative thing here was the elevators were super slow!! The condo wwas awesome, we would stay here again!! A+++++++++
