Arcata Cottage is an excellent offering: exceptionally clean and well-maintained. This stand alone shingled cottage shares almost one acre of field and gardens with an owner occupied main house. The main house is approximately 75 feet from the cottage, with privacy screens of lattice and willow trees. The cottage, built in 2004, has 800 square feet, and includes hardwood floors, tiled shower, full kitchen, two decks, and a very large living/dining area.
The location is ideal. Walk to the Arcata CO-OP, downtown Plaza, many restaurants of varied cuisine, the Minor movie theater, the Arcata Marsh, and Humboldt State University. A short bicycle ride into the Arcata Bottoms and Mad River Beach. There is off-street parking for two vehicles.

Hi Marilyn, I wanted to thank you for our stay in your cottage. We had a wonderful time, got to the redwoods and several beaches. It was wonderful to come back to relax in the cottage and dry our feet. It was very comfortable and strategically located. We found a great access road onto the beach in Stone Lagoon. It was nice to be able to make our dinners and not rely on restaurants. Thank you again.
