Front of house - Arrowhead Lake Vacation Rental This brand new contemporary home in Arrowhead Lake is located within three blocks of the heated pool, tennis count and play ground and minutes to lake and beaches. First floor contains a master bedroom and bath with a king-size bed and 2 bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, Full bath room, fully equipped Eat-in-kitchen that seats 4 and a highchair, Dining room that seats 8, Living room with 27” TV, seating for 5 and gas fireplace, back deck with gas grill and patio furniture. There also are two pack-n-plays available for use. Second floor contains one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (both twin over twin), full bath with Jacuzzi tub, game room with TV, PS2 and full size futon, and a Billiard room with pool table, full size futon, TV and a Casino bar that converts to a Poker, Roulette and Craps table. We also offer free internet access. Only 10 minutes to Jack Frost and Big Boulder, golf and state game lands. 30 minutes to The Crossings Outlet with 100+ stores, waterparks, Mount Airy Casino, Mohegan Sun Casino, Pocono Downs NASCAR Raceway, horseback riding, Big Pocono State Park, hiking and other attractions. Check-in 5:00 pm / Check out 1:00 pm - Summer Check-in 5:00 pm / Check out 7:00 pm - Fall, Winter & Spring (some exceptions may apply) 10% Military discount with proper ID. This discount is only available on new reservations, must be mentioned prior to deposit, and excludes canoe rental and other fees. Canoe available to rent for $35.00 from April 1 to October 31. Arrowhead Lakes is a gated community containing two lakes for swimming and fishing, lifeguard posts are at the five beaches and three outdoor pools( two of which are heated), seven tennis courts and a basketball court (lighted at night), playgrounds. Arrowhead Lake requires renters (over the age of 6) to purchase pool and beach tags (amenity badges) during the Summer Season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) for use of the pool, beaches and lake. Weekly badges are $25.00 per person and Daily badges are $7.50 per person per day. Gate pass must be purchased for $25.00 per vehicle in order to access the community.
