Sleeps 2-4 BUILDING Part of an historical neighborhood, the newly renovated 1930 red brick building has an elevator & is located close to famous 16 Th century " Marais ", the oldest part of Paris & cuts through la “Bastille”, the newest fashionable area with its Opera & marina This decorated & furnished Parisian apartment is on the second floor (first floor European). Several subway stations are close by & the bus is one block away Nicely nested in a calm street parallel to La Roquette, the building is protected from the noise & activity. Security is excellent: There is a concierge. The front door has a code then a second entrance is with a magnetic key or, for visitors, through an intercom system INTERIOR Decorated apartment with large windows in living room & bedroom overlooking the street. Bathroom, toilet & kitchen are separate & each have windows. You have access to both rooms independently. French windows lead to each room Elegant & warm with CENTRAL HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING. Many floor to ceiling large closets, many light sources from antique lamps, oriental rugs, 2 large bookcases with several hundred English & French art & reference books such as the Encyclopædia Britannica, round dining table with four 1940 chairs & armchair FREE LOCAL, DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL CALLS to 70 countries including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Chine, Spain + Canaries, USA, Germany, Guadeloupe + Martinique, Greece, Holland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Norway, Portugal + Azores + Madera, United Kingdom + Jersey, Singapore, Suede, Switzerland, Taiwan.
