This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, island getaway is directly on the beach, and also includes your own private boat dock! This is one of the most unique properties on the island! This beach house was remodeled in May 2007 and includes new furniture, new water system, linens, curtains, beach chairs, towels, plates, pans, utensils, new appliances,and much more. Ocean views are abundant from every room and also from the large wrap around deck. You can relax and enjoy the view of the sunset while it sets over the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Little Gasparilla Island is completely separate from the mainland with no roads or cars. There are sandy trails to explore via golf cart and pristine beaches to soak in the sun. Golf cart rental and boat rental are readily available, and boating/fishing excursions can be arranged with advance notice and weather permitting. Getting to and from the island is a breeze. Just make a phone call to arrange for a boat taxi that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; parking is available at the taxi pick-up location. The telephone number and directions to the water taxi will be included in your packet of information. For more personalized service we will be happy to handle all of your arrangements for you in advance of your stay. It is just a short, 5 minute boat ride from the mainland over to the island.
