  We came in after the guest who claimed the condo smelled like fish, and didn't find it that way at all. The place smelled great, the carpeting is newer carpeting and had no odor at all. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony ~ which also overlooks the pool, and would rent the condo again.

  We found the condo smelling like fish and dirty. The first night we washed all the dishes and cleaned out the refrigerator and freezer and the condo still stunk...it could be in the carpeting which was in most of the rooms. The 2 queen size beds were very comfortable but the sofa sleeper has a very thin mattress, you feel every single bar that is in the frame.

  Owner response: This guest stayed in our condo for 3 nights and not once did they contact us about their stay. It was only after they returned home that they posted these 'untrue' comments and we are shocked at the comments they posted.

  Jodi is a wonderful person to rent from. The place was very clean and accommodating. My kids just loved it. This was close to the shops and close to the beach.....you can even see it from the balcony. The whole place just gave that beachy feel we wanted. We weren't ready to leave and will definitely stay in one of her condos again if she'll have us. O and we got our deposit back within the following week. Very Speedy.....thank you. P.S. This has nothing to do with the owners but if you get a second story condo here...the steps are not lighted and being black cedar steps I missed the last one and twisted my ankle. At night you just can't see it. My husband did the same thing....so just be careful.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I booked this room last minute and Jodi was very easy to work with. The room was clean and had great views. There was enough space to accomodate everyone. And the location was convenient to the beach or pool. I will definitely rent this condo again and/or rent with Jodi again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
